I'd like to be able to increase the font size and make it bold so as to make the Live Chat button on my site stand out more. This idea was submitted in 2013 and took 3 years to be acknowledged. Two years later and the customization is still pretty limited. I guess that doesn't bode well for an upcoming increase in customization.

When you have the chat window open and you're looking at the chat, there is no need for it to play an out-loud alert, and in fact that's just annoying. I'd rather have it so that you only hear the alert sound if the window is e.g. minimized or otherwise does not have focus.
