We need accurate time stamps. I had a customer complain he had not been assisted in over 48 hours, he sent a message in to our system at 2AM but on the ticket it looks like 2PM....Do you know how frustrating this is? Now my boss just thinks i'm not doing my job properly. Thanks in advance for making this update.
