You are talking about new ticket creation fields or about reply for an existing ticket?
In ticket creation fields have static size.
In ticket reply field expands its size till max limit in around 15 lines of text.
When there is a large reply it should have enough space to give users and overview of their reply later, without scrolling back and forward.
Making more space from the beginning might be waste of space, covering ticket content, if a ticket doesn’t need big reply or a reply at all.Robert Voigt shared this idea ·
