I nearly found the perfect chat for my website. Has a very good mobile app and real time monitoring, but the widget... It looks very outdated... Guys, are you in the stone age? Why you don't make new modern styles or add CSS modifications? This would make your chat the number one. Please do it, or if you don't have time I can do this for you in an hour... It just needs a bit of css and then it would look soooo much better. Take a look at Tidio Chat for example. Guys, please add CSS. You can still protect your branding with !important styling. Thanks!
