    Sometimes we need to know the identity of the users, some of them misuses the Customer support chat, they use it for abuses and send insane threats. In case their threats are serious, they need to be tracked down immediately. Hence a mobile OTP would confirm their identity, thus it would be helpful for further investigation.

    There will be a few querries after the chat session is closed by the customer. Some feedback, and the answer will be click yes/no
