    Currently, the transcript is a simple plain text list in black.

    It would be great if we could highlight the users' text in color so that we clearly distinguish it from the admin.

    I don't really agree with this improvement. Instead, I'd suggest the following :

    Add a – to minimize the chat
    Add a X to close the chat
