Hey :)
this seems to be already implemented - it is syncing status over all devices - but there is no option to disable it. When I leave my PC I do not turn it always off - but if I do not turn tawk off then it is ringing all over house if some visitor is writing.On the other hand if I change status to offline it will make me offline also on mobile phone.
