I recently switched from Tawk to Callbell (www.callbell.eu) as most of our website traffic comes from mobile and we now manage customer communication only on WhatsApp and Messenger.
I am afraid Tawk will take too long to build an integration with new messaging apps so I decided to switch to Callbell a couple of months ago.
