    Thank you for your feedback.
    We are currently working on updating all current integrations and adding new ones and this issue will be fixed.

    For me the module installed fine, and the link in the Admin menu opens the Tawk dashboard and works perfectly....... but that's useless on it's own.

    So I followed the dashboard links under Sites&Pages until I hit the javascript code. I copied that into my shops header.tpl (not footer like you, but guess that doesn't matter) and it now works perfectly.

    This is great software and for a husband & wife small business, just what we needed. Happy to recommend you and happy to be a reference if you ever need one.
