  1. Remarketing right out of tawk.to

    I'd like to place an advertisment to the people who visited or even chatted with us right from the tawk.to desktop screen.
    An alternative would the capability to build a remarketing list which has an interface with Google AdWords or similar tools.

  2. Allow us to remove by default sending chat history to the client.

    For an example don't allow the end customer to have the option to send the chat hisory to their email address.

  3. Automatic Chat to Lead Conversion

    For CRM Users or for anyone into Sales... this would do wonders. All the basic info (Name, Email & Location) of the chat visitors will be automatically transferred to the CRM as a prospect.

    It would be amazing. It's certainly doable... few guys are doing it.

  4. add live Geomapping to see your customers' locations while chatting.

    See your customer's geomapped location as you're chatting with them.
    Currently you can only see it after the chat has ended, which makes no sense.

  6. Display a submit button for the visitor after typing text on PC

    It lacks a send button for the visitor. It is not obvious to all to have to tap on "entry"

    Please Remove The Notification Numbers If The Message Is Already Seen. In my dashboard message page. i see numbers everyday even if i have already read those messages. That is confusing for me everyday. As i everyday have to open the messages to see if someone new has sent me any message or not. Even if someone did not send me message i still see those notification numbers like WhatsApp and i think that there are new messages but not.

  13. Add agent image along with text when someone clicks on chat icon

    It would be nice to add the ability when someone clicks on the chat image for a picture or multiple pictures of representatives to show up instead of just text. Makes it a little more personal and more likely for them to chat us

  16. Historical Data showing Time of Day visits occur

    I notice that I have the ability to view historical data. All this does is show me the number of visitors, visits, etc. per day.

    Wouldn't it be a pretty small improvement to simply add the times of the day these visits occur? For me, this is more valuable than the actual number of visitors per day.

  17. Track pay per click campaign visits and allow setting triggers for PPC visitors.

    Our old web chat software showed visitors who were coming from a Pay Per Click campaign like google adwords. It showed which PPC provider and campaign name, although we had to do some configuration to help identify them. We could also set triggers based on the PPC campaign to help us engage with those customers more effectively. This would be a powerful way to help maximize the effectiveness of PPC campaigns.

  20. Add referrer details to the iPhone app

    Would be ideal if the iPhone app could show where the visitor came from in the details like the desktop page does.

    Also as a second note it would handy to have the referral details saved as a history on the desktop.
