  2. The first communication record should be found when he/she ever came beford.

    When the same customer comes to the website, the new communication should be started after the first communication record.

    When someone comes to the website, you see the company behind it, so you can track chats with static IP address and recognize companies.
    It would be very useful for B2B industries.

    It would be cool to have record sessions of the visitors as Hotjar have..

  6. Choose widget translation on the script load by submitting language param

    Hi!
    I'd like to translate the chat widget based on the language selected on the website.
    The easiest option I can offer - do so by submitting additional "language" param on the script load.

  7. I would like to have whiteboard feature and screensharing

    I would like to have whiteboard feature, where student and teacher can share real time whiteboard and student or tutor can also share screen. This way tutor and student can share the same whiteboard and tutor can draw something and student would see the drawing in real time and vice versa.

  8. Option direct access in tickets

    When responding the tickets we had option to shortcuts to answer frequently asked questions and immediate answers are no longer available
    Will enable this funsion again?

  9. Open the chat widget in a determinated moment via javascript

    It would be great, if we can open the chat widget (on a popup window) in a determined moment via javascript. Not only trigger messages, just open the chat widget.

    Ex: we want to point any area of our website which is not founded by our clients. Like order button or any area.
    For example my visitor asking where is order button , So i will point exact location of Order Button.

    Providing an API to create new accounts/customers for white label Agencies. We would be able to integrate this in our provisioning application and don't need to do this off the process manually.

    We are currently in Alpha on our REST API, which will allow for account creation, and more granular Agent control.

    Once we release the beta, we will invite you.

  12. Global Message

    Make the chat window open with a message for all connected users. Ex. To notify the users that the system will go under maintenance in about ?? minutes.

  13. Implement this kind of feedback/bug-reporting feature

    This feedback service is great, but it's expensive ($99/month I believe). If you implemented it as part of tawk.to, you could use it yourselves and could offer the service to us as an add-on for a lot less than $99/month.

  16. Send custom messages into Tawk.to message section with custom page form

    The ability to use an API (preferably like PHP) or JS, but to send my site/page form into Tawk.to to have all messages in one place. This way the chats, and my own site form will send all messages to simply things and not have to worry about storing my actual form messages in another place.

  18. Add a WebServer HTML for the Admin Panel and be able to Intergrate the Admin Panel

  20. List of previous visitors on the monotoring

    If I'm not active, I have no idea who visited the website, and in what pages they were. You could display 'previous visitors' on the monotoring.
