  2. Just the first user that answer the chat could write

    I have the problem with the Sales team, that they interrumpt the conversation betwen them with a client, that why maybe could have a feature, where you can put, that just the first user that answer continue the conversation

  3. The Users or Agent should just see their conversations

    When a single agent logued in, he should see just ther conversations and not the conversations of other Users, Just the admin could see every conversartion of all the agents,

  10. For Wordpress, a previous chats page

    If you are logged in on Wordpress, there should be a page/shortcode that lists all previous chats and if you click on a chat it shows the whole thing

  11. Additional Field in Contact details

    Required an Additional Field in the Contact page for extracting some important data such as Contact Numbers.

    Currently, there are is a custom field option available for Contact Number but it is not visible and can't be extracted via Excel.

    Field required in Messaging >> Property Name >> Contacts

    Solution for this will be a checkbox while creating a Custom field which will store an data in Contacts page.

    Looking to pass a conversationID programmatically in order to get a previous conversation irrespective of whether the user clears their cache or not on my platform.

  14. Offline (by schedule) message

    When I am offline, my clients get message "Your message was sent successfully!", how can I change this message (I mean, when my schedule is defined offline - than I get this message).
    And also to change the content of the button.

  15. Include Specific Notification Settings

    Currently, there are only a few options, such as "none" "all admins" "everyone" and "department selected in prechat form". We are admins on many of our clients sites, however and wish to not receive email notifications so much. Could we please add a more specific notification field? Whether that's selecting existing users, or typing in an email.

    why not? sites owners can login to their account without entering tawk to dashboard ? its like a tab of dashboard but inside your site it will make it more easier to use.

  17. Add maintence mode

    Maybe add a option to show “maintenance” as status. If you enable it people can’t chat or sent a email. Then you are able to test/change some settings.

    And maybe add a password if you want to test your live chat.

    First of all thanks for the services, very appreciated.

    Please, can you add the function to raise the icon by pixel or something, i know you have already did the feature of locating it, but need more customize, so many ecommerce are using sticky add to cart which get distracted by the chat box. Thanks
