  1. tetikleme akıllı telefonlarda ekranın ortasına çıksın

    siteye gelen Ziyaretçiye diyelim ki 10 saniye sonra bir tetikleme mesajı gitti. bu durum sağda görüşme butonunun yanında kırmızı bir yuvarlak içerisinde sayı ile gösteriliyor.

    gerçekte ziyaretçi mesajı görmüyor Dolayısıyla tetiklemiyor .
    "size ilgilendiğiniz bu konuda şu an yardımcı olabilirim " diye bir mesaj gönderdim . ama ziyaretçi bunu görmüyor .

    dıyelım kı ziyaretçi sohbet düğmesinin üzerindeki kırmızı yuvarlak içerisinde 1 rakamını gördü ve tıkladı . o zaman da görüşme öncesi forum devreye gırıyor . forumdaki gerekli alanları doldurmadan hala benim mesajımı görmüş olmuyor .

    Dolayısıyla tetikleme mesajı ekranın ortasına pop up olarak çıkmalı . üzerinde kabul et veya reddet…

  4. Send triggers even if i'm offline

    Please add this feature. This won't take too much of time.

  5. Hide email transcriprio

    In the chat widget which is an option at the top three point on the right side, the email transcription that I want to hide that option. How to do. If there is no option to do this, please make this option available soon.

  9. Create a new feature report

    kindly we need to create a new feature to generate full information report about all tickets (Open, Closed and pending )
    due to I am doing every weekly and monthly by manually and it takes me a long time.

  10. send the first message if there is a pre chat form as a json

    if there is a pre chat form then I need the data that the user will enter to add it to my database so if it's the first message then I need to have it as json object or an array

    Private chat that links specifict agents and admins in communication is very important. so this is not about clients' chat to agents and admins. but Agents to admins, or admins to agents. just say it direct private chat link.

  12. The visitor can see the last chat record

    Many visitors feedback, why can't I see my last chat history? Please improve the software to lock the visitor IP, visitors can see the last chat record when they open the software for the second time.

    Hi, thank you for the request, it’s is in our plan to create “never-ending” chat, so on visitor return it would open the same chat with all previous messages.

  13. Add a remote support so we can access customer pc and trouble shoot. This would be for Pc technicians

    I have a number of sites that utilize chats, many of them i can use here with tawk to under 1 portal. it would be nice if you guys had a remote support feature, basically the customer would click on a link allowing remote support on their PC. Currently i have to use another chat provider for this but it would be great if i could at it here keeping all my services together

  15. Take chat to email

    When a user submits an offline message, I'd like to be able to use the dashboard to reply to this message via email. The email should include a copy of the offline message, and I should be able to choose a default subject for these emails. The conversation would then carry on via email.

  17. Ability to select more than 1 contact and delete all of them

    We need to be able to delete some or all contacts with 1 click instead of manually deleting them 1 by 1. Would be really useful for GDPR. Correct me if im msising something here

  19. Provide historical data on number of visitors

    I would like to know how many users visited my site each day. It would be good if this could be broken down into 24 hour periods and last for at least a week.

  20. Queue

    hey it would be nice for the chat window able to show the visitor how much current chat is in the queue until the next agent becomes available. For example if 5 chats in queue the visitor can see when it comes down to 1 chat which means the next person in line would be that visitor. That would be really cool to have
