    Add option to set timezone from GMT0 to any other in email notification. Other wise we are in GTM0 Summer time that is +1 hour and email notifications gets -1 hour in supper time...

  3. Hide Chats I Have Not Joined

    I'm wondering how we can make it so that my colleague can only filter to see the chats they are responsible for rather than having everyone's chats fill their screen as well.

    For example: My colleagues were successful in "Joining" individual chats, but when one person (Colleague A) would join a chat, they could also see the chat Colleague B and Colleague C were having. This was being listed in the Active Chats tab. I'm wondering if there can be a way hide the chat if the person is not the individual responsible.

    Currently, a feature is not available for assigning chats to specific agents or hiding chats from other agents. All chats can be viewed by all members of a property.

    I would suggest creating a department.

    Here’s how the department function works in the tawk.to chat:

    ​1. Chats can be assigned to departments. All agents, including those who are not assigned to a chat, can see the incoming chats. However, only those who are assigned to the department will get a notification.

    ​2. This allows for easy chat take-over, especially if the transfer is from one department to another.

    3. ​When a chat is assigned to a department, other agents only hear notification sounds if there are no agents currently online in the department the visitor has selected. So the only time all agents are notified…

    At the moment, we don’t have a folder or language filter for SPAM messages.

    What we have, however, is the BAN feature that restricts users from using your chat widget.

    1. Banning a visitor

    You can ban specific visitors from your active chats and offline messages.

    2. Banning/blocking the widget by location

    You can block a specific country, such as Russia in your case, to hide the widget from visitors of that country.

    I have been using this app for a long time. It has been excellent till now. But, for the last couple of days, I am getting spammed due to one of your features.

    There is an option of Offline Form. It is a good feature when no agents are available and still, we can not miss the inquiries but, there is one drawback here. When a user fills up the form and clicks on submit, the form gets submitted. Then, he gets redirected to another window that has the "Send Again" button. And because of this, he can…

    We currently don’t have an option to remove the “Send Again” button on the offline form.

    When a user clicks on the Send Again button, it will ask them again to fill in the form.

    This is helpful if your visitor needs to add another detail to their inquiry or raise a new message.

    In your case, you are receiving multiple forms as Spam in your inbox.

    We’ve acknowledged your request and have forwarded it to the dev team. They will work with this suggestion and will add the feature in due course.

    There is no option to change the background color of the chat widget and trigger at this time.

    We have, however, just released a major update to our chat widget.

    You now have more options for customizing your chat widget.

    Our Widget Cards will allow you to personalize the content of your chat widget. You can add agents, images, videos and even a Knowledge Base search bar where your visitor can search for answers on the chat widget.

    It’s like having a mini-website in the chat.

    However, the background colors for Agent and Visitor messages can be customized in the Widget Appearance area of the Dashboard.

    It would be great to be able to edit images for posting on the knowledge base.
    Also, the current formatting tools will really need an update to contain a date picker, info panel, emoji stack, and a table for one.
    Image editing options with numbers in a circle would be a great addition.

    May I know if you guys offering a browser app for your tawk?
    For example, I can install tawk as a browser app using Microsoft Edge browser and it's installing a browser app.
    Like in chrome - I can install YouTube and some other websites as a browser app from the address bar and can use that as an app.

  20. Open chat after click on triggered message

    When a triggered message appears and you click on it, you expect that the message opens in the chat window. Instead, it only opens the widget home screen with different options which is confusing.

    Is there any possibility to directly open the chat message?
