  1. Underage restriction

    It would be nice to have a feature what requires a customer to input their age. If they are underage (under 18) then the system will not allow them to continue chatting.

  2. Include display of the client's country time/date/weather depending on the client location, alongside the country section on the dashboard

    Include display of the client's country time/date/weather depending on the client location, alongside the country section on the dashboard.

    It would be great to respond to a Hello with something like:

    "Good afternoon, how may I assist you?"

    "Seems a bit chilly today, isnt it?"

    I believe www.timeanddate.com have free APIs for this that can be used for such integration.

  5. Track clicks on pages

    Many other monitoring packages include livetime CLICK tracking. The ability to see how many times a visitor is clicking on any given page and/or in total for their visit. Depending on your industry, this can be very insightful data.

    There is plenty of space on the monitor dashboard for this feature, next to the VISITS & CHATS columns. (you could have a column for CLICKS)

  6. Make Clickable Breadcrumb Navigation

    see attached screenshot here: http://i.imgur.com/zmjaxQq.png make the red arrows text clickable to go back, not only having the big "X" on the right, but also getting back through the navigation structure, i am so used to this, it would be awesome to have this clickable, the red arrow is pointing at it

  8. Allow via API the Top Line stats from Tawk app

    Our executives are not agents so they do not spend a great deal of time in the Tawk app. There is a line of stat graphs on the app (Visitors, some chart, Visits, another chart, Chats, and a third chart) that would be perfect to place on the leadership dashboard in our intranet for them. Could this be available either as an iFrame or as an api feed?

  12. Screen mirroring

    I use to use another Live Chat app whereas we can control see and control customer screen and guide them through certain process. It made things much easier where the process is little complicated. I hope you guys can add this.

  16. Assistance to other Tawk users (be a guest on another account)

    I have a customer who also uses Tawk, it would be a great feature if they could invite me into one of their conversations. For example, I may be able to assist in a specialist area there and then as an invited guest rather than being sent a transcript after.
    As a guest I would suggest that I would only have access to that specific conversation and not my clients dashboard etc.

  20. Messages that cannot be replyed.

    In automatic options, add an option to display a message which cannot be replyed,until customers opens a chat (filling out the fields before starting a chat, and also if the chat is currently online) and an option that allow closing a chat (execute a automatic chat close in automatations and add like [close] tag to allow to send a message and also close the chat,a message which cannot be answered until chat is reopened.
