    I would like to know how many users visited my site each day. It would be good if this could be broken down into 24 hour periods and last for at least a week.

    kindly add a feature for agent side to add custom sounds like on new visitors add speaking girl or boy who speaks new visitor returning visitor or add options for agents to add custom sound

    Please mute sound for website visitors and only enabled sound for if someone start chat for ringing.

    I notice the high traffic website gets disturbed with sound and tries to the mute system or tawk app sound and in this case, visitors who started a chat the sound also muted so always chat missing.

    I looking for the feature If someone stated chat then ringing sound enabled and disabled for visitors.

  5. Multiple E-Mail Adresses to Redirect to (different departments etc.)

    Hey there! I'd suggest having the ability to have different E-Mail Adresses you can redirect to. You could then select that a specific E-Mail Adress would automatically assign the ticket to a specific department. So I could have hello@domain.com be normal but then billing@domain.com automatically assign it to the Billing Department.

    Please add automatic open option in the widget in full screen mode without direct link, so that we can include the widget in android mobiles using webview, it is very disappointing thing that you don't have full screen option.

    If there is a way to change the default piture of visitors without the flag that appears for all the visitors it will be great, like Gmail for example when someone create an account his picture will be the first letters of his name. that would be great

    Private chat that links specifict agents and admins in communication is very important. so this is not about clients' chat to agents and admins. but Agents to admins, or admins to agents. just say it direct private chat link.

  16. To have the floating chat icon temporarily disappear when the sticky bar gets in the position of the chat icon

    I want to check if there is a way in which I can configure the chat icon to temporarily disappear when something something comes into its position. So I had the twko chat installed and floating on the bottom right of the screen and also have sticky cart installed at the bottom and this clashes and had to unistall tawko. I dont prefer to have the chat floating on any other position of the screen other than on the bottom of the screen?
