  3. Track clicks on pages

    Many other monitoring packages include livetime CLICK tracking. The ability to see how many times a visitor is clicking on any given page and/or in total for their visit. Depending on your industry, this can be very insightful data.

    There is plenty of space on the monitor dashboard for this feature, next to the VISITS & CHATS columns. (you could have a column for CLICKS)

  4. List of current users

    List of current users that are on the website.

    We already know that it is possible to see users from the dashboard, i would like to publicly show (in a widget elsewhere) who else is on the website.

    So users can see how busy we are. just a list of names and duration.

  5. Allow via API the Top Line stats from Tawk app

    Our executives are not agents so they do not spend a great deal of time in the Tawk app. There is a line of stat graphs on the app (Visitors, some chart, Visits, another chart, Chats, and a third chart) that would be perfect to place on the leadership dashboard in our intranet for them. Could this be available either as an iFrame or as an api feed?

  13. add a feature to be alerted when a specific user returns to the website

    a feature for the chat widget could be that a person who was on the website and left could then be "tagged" and "remembered" so that when he/she visits the website in the future, the agent who tagged the visitor is alerted of the visit. Either by email or by the ringing sound that comes up when someone chats.

  14. Google Single Sign On for agents

    Would be good to allow agents to sign on using their Google account. We use Google Apps/G Suite for our main employee directory, and we like to have all other systems that we use employ the Google SSO option, so that employees/agents have one less login to remember. This also makes things more secure for when someone leaves the company.
