  1. Add phone number in exportable contact report

    Its important information for counting sales, phone number is the best identification but there is no report where this info is located. reporting options is very poor.

    just want a notification on my own admin that indicates employee there is a customer who wants to chat
    if is possible to continue the chat on our own dashboard rather than to use yours it will be great and if it contains pricing as well also dont have any issue but i think it needs to have this feature

  9. Edit agents in Group Chat

    It would be a great feature to be able to delete or edit agents from the group chat, because our responsibilities change quite often. Especially when colleagues leave and there is no access to the profile anymore, the old agents still show up in group chat.

    siteye gelen Ziyaretçiye diyelim ki 10 saniye sonra bir tetikleme mesajı gitti. bu durum sağda görüşme butonunun yanında kırmızı bir yuvarlak içerisinde sayı ile gösteriliyor.

    gerçekte ziyaretçi mesajı görmüyor Dolayısıyla tetiklemiyor .
    "size ilgilendiğiniz bu konuda şu an yardımcı olabilirim " diye bir mesaj gönderdim . ama ziyaretçi bunu görmüyor .

    dıyelım kı ziyaretçi sohbet düğmesinin üzerindeki kırmızı yuvarlak içerisinde 1 rakamını gördü ve tıkladı . o zaman da görüşme öncesi forum devreye gırıyor . forumdaki gerekli alanları doldurmadan hala benim mesajımı görmüş olmuyor .

    Dolayısıyla tetikleme mesajı ekranın ortasına pop up olarak çıkmalı . üzerinde kabul et veya reddet…

  11. Option to notify if owner/manager if no agents are logged in

    Given the importance of actually having chat agents be online, it would be great if there was an option to escalate the situation to a supervisor/manager/site owner if there are no agents logged in during set "business hours". Notification ideally would be via push-notification in the app and via email.

    (To take it a step further, it would be nice if there was a built in escalation path for these alerts. For example, if no agents are online during business hours immediately notify the "first-line" supervisor, if no agents are online within 15 minutes, additionally notify the manager (or "second-level"…

  14. Hide or show email transcription feutures at will. ईमेल ट्रांस्क्रिप्शन सुविधा को छिपाएँ या दिखाएँ।

    It would be nice if we could show or hide the email transcription option of our own free will. We can edit wrong typing while chatting.

    कितना अच्छा होता अगर हम अपनी मर्जी से ईमेल ट्रांसक्रिप्शन ऑप्शन को दिखा या छिपा सकते। चैटिंग के दौरान हुवे गलत टाइपिंग को हम एडिट कर सकते।

    In the chat widget which is an option at the top three point on the right side, the email transcription that I want to hide that option. How to do. If there is no option to do this, please make this option available soon.

    kindly we need to create a new feature to generate full information report about all tickets (Open, Closed and pending )
