In the latest dashboard, the ability to quickly see which site/channel the visitors were on/from in the monitoring list has been removed now the visitors are all mixed up into one block, previously they were colour coded which made it obvious the visitors were on different sites. More Differentiation Between Admin & Agent Level, Particularly Visibility of Active Visitors and Reporting Stats
Love the app and widget, but I think that the agents should not have the same dashboard content as admins, or it should at least be a toggle to show/hide this from agents, particularly for the analytics, stats and reporting information. Same also for the current visitor count and their IP addresses.6 votes
We noticed a large drop in chat requests after activating the prechat form but of course we'd still like to have the opportunity to respond to the contact if we miss them. It would be great if the option to load a from could be added to the triggers. For example, something exactly like the prechat form but it opens after a time limit when no one responds. It would of course need a customizable message as well, something like "Sorry no one is available right now. Please provide your name and either phone number or email address and we will get back to you."

Pre-chat form like we have now won’t be good since will cover the chat – so that request title can be kinda misleading when it will be searched by other users, reviewed by us in future.
We have a request to make “Chat rescuer” trigger with input fields:
But I can’t merge your request into it, since I presume you want any trigger to have input fieds – maybe we can rename your request to sound like “Triggers with input fields” / “Triggers like pre-chat form” or other how you would like it to be.
We had plans on changing current pre-chat into form of conversation with a bot – in chat bot asks for example visitors name and visitor can type it like he would type a message. But, unfortunately, difficult to say when we can start on implementing such functionality.
Users can still select a "department" in the pre-chat form even when it is listed as "offline" and no-one is available, thus creating missed chats.
As the business we are in can be technical, we don't want our customer service team answering technical related questions and would rather have this option ("department") in the pre-chat form disappear whenever no-one is available, and then reappear when someone is back online.4 votes

Would be good to see the user email address and possible name when the chat it initiated.3 votes

When you are managing two websites, having two emails you should have the possibility to setup an account for each website, with two different emails.1 vote
A reminder tone is needed for when an agent moves away from the conversation to find information but is then distracted by a call etc. A periodic bleep or pop up should sound to alert you that you have a conversation ongoing1 vote

i wanted to track conversions on Google Adwords and i used API function of onChatStarted. in console logs this function is triggered even when agent sends a message to the visitor.

Hi there, i'm running the TAWK chat on 3 websites together with a collegae of mine. We are missing a personal scheduling. For example:
I work on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. My collegae the other days.

Have a way to copy a hyplerlink to a chat which you can use at a later date to link you back to that chat in the chat history.3 votes
It would be great if we could see some sort of notice next to the icon in windows that can show that someone is waiting for an agent to connect. As it is now the notice message disappears very fast and if the agent is away, he doesn´t know that someone is waiting.
It could be something simple as a red pulsating dot next to the icon, just to alert the agent.

After the message is done, agent 1 convert to ticket and assignee to Agent 2

Can we enable "floating" in a way that customer can move it on the other side of the screen by holding finger on it a bit longer?
