  1. Please digitally sign your desktop exectuables

    Please digitally sign your desktop exectuables using your companies digital signature so that it makes it easy to incorporate into an enterprise environment with software restriction policies. You installer (TawktoSetup64.exe) has your companies digital signature but the tawk-desktop.exe and uninstall.exe are not signed. Can you also sign these executables so that we can use your digital signature to authorize your executables.

  2. Screen Sharing funtion

    Dear Team

    I just try to using beta video sharing function, but at the first that not's really my expectation. The user still have to install add on for using it, and that's not easy task. Also if user have to install add on, your program is same many remote control program, and I think that isn't your product advantage.

    The new ios version is so bad. Is there a option to downgrade somehow to the old version?

  4. Email Transcript on Active Chat

    It would be great if an agent could email a chat transcript on an active chat to a specific agent/department. I only see options to copy an active chat transcript or email a closed chat transcript. Also, if email field for emailing a chat transcript could have recognized names/emails pop up as agent is typing email recipient, that would be great.

    Please make the chat bubble with the following features, let the bubble move from bottom to top in the whole page when visitors enter the website and slide the page the chat bubble move when they slide the page without covering another widget

  6. WordPress plugin: add option for not showing when user is logged in

    It would be useful to have the ability to check an option so that when the user is logged in (in WordPress) the chat widget will not appear.
    We have editors that go to the site for review, write new post etc, and for them is a bit annoying having the chat pop up as they don't need to chat with us.
    Just wrapping the code in a conditiona isuserlogged_id() would be ok.

    We can post a patch if you need it

  7. All the new planned items

    I have been scanning through the planned/started items and some of them go way back to a year or more ago. I am wanting to know why you would mark something as planned or started and it not be brought out within the year it was planned or even started. I am just losing faith about what all is on the plate for the devs to do within a timely manner.

  9. Able to twist online bubble to horizontal when on the left or right side

    When having the chat box on the left or right side, the online bubble pops up vertically, make it possible to twist it to horizontally.

  10. Transcript delivery

    Presently there is no option to send transcripts of chats to all admins and the agent that responded to the chat.

    Yes, I see Departments but if I have 100 agents in a department.. It will be somewhat confusing.

  13. move the original message from behind a "chat transcript" link to the main transcript view

    When viewing a ticket, you don't get to see the original inquiry (what the user entered on the form) unless you click on the "chat transcript" link in the upper-right. Possible to move the content to the main chat transcript view?

    Reason: any agent who's been assigned a ticket will need to see what the original inquiry was - save them the effort of finding and clicking on a link to view it.

  15. Turn "On" The Trigger Sound By Default On Website.

    Hey!

    Currently, the trigger sound is turned "off" by default.

    And most times visitors miss the alert if they are not on the webpage, or are browsing else where.

    It would be great if the trigger sound is turned "ON" by default, so visitor's attention is drawn back to the webpage. (Sound works fine on the mobile) .

    Just a suggestion. Great product and service nevertheless!

  16. More detailed geographical information

    At present, the visitor geographic information that is supplied looks like this [suburb, country] which is cool.

    But there's a problem. I tried to set up geo-based triggers so visitors in a given city or state got a message advising them of the local authorised agent/reseller.

    But I couldn't do this with only [suburb, country]. There are hundreds of suburbs even in a small city, so suitable triggers were impossible to set up.

    I checked out freegeoip.net and saw a lot more information can be learnt from IP addresses - their results look like this:

    Country New Zealand
    Region Auckland …

    There should be a possibility to print out the full case history or ticket progress with content and status updates

  19. Add a clearer indication of which analyst is online on the left hand side of application. The direct messages option is not the same.

    I would like to see who is online at all times. The direct messages option is not the best for this purpose. I do not communicate with any analyst in this way, I just want to see who is online at any one time.

  20. Chat analytics keywords

    I would love to be able to see what topics customers talk about to my agents, so that I can use that information to improve the content on the website.

    Lets say 50 people ask about product X in a specific week, it would be great to add more content on that product.
