    be able to change the "Online" to anything etc "Online - Click here for instant delivery" or "Available" etc.

  2. Add ability to trigger message if Agent doesn't respond mid chat

    Sometimes our agents have to step away from chats and it would be good to trigger a message if agent does not get back to customer after certain amount of time.

  4. Mail notification: also send agent replies by email so other team members can see that an agent replied, without having to conect to Tawk UI

    It would be very useful to also send our replies (agent's replies) by email so other team members (other agents) can see that an agent replied, without having to conect to Tawk UI.

    Also this would provide a good Audit Trail capability by email, as we would receive emails for all Customers chats + Agent's chats.

  7. Better search into Knowledge base

    It would be great to enhance the way it search into knowledge base. Now, we need to type the whole word to find something into knowledge base.

    Exemple : If I search SQL, it return 0 result.
    I have the word MySQL in my knowledge base content

    Even better, would be to see suggestion or when starting to type 3 letters & more...

  9. Automatic intelligence on visiter

    I think it would be great if Tawk would research the visitor according to the information they gave you at the beginning of the chat. Tawk could use that information to serve up info and links to their social accounts such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter the same way programs like Rapportive and Xobni have done in the past. This way the agent will know more about the user and be able to understand them better.

  10. Tawk disconnect sound on app - is terrible..

    im using the tawk app in imac, was wondering if u can pass to development to change that terrible disconnect sound :) when app lost connection. Or make it aviable in sound notification settings

    When a ticket is created or modified, the system sends a notification in English, but my clients do not know English.
    Only know Spanish.
    It would be nice to change the templates for these messages

  17. Chat transcript need to be sent as per the admin location

    I had done a chat session with one of the prospective customer and endded the chat. Later I just want to check the chat history and noticed that the time which is mentioned against each chat is in (GMT+0) i.e I had the chat @ 2.pm but it shows as 8.am So, it would be good to update the chat transcription as per the specific zone. Actually the inflow of the customer is also depened on the time so, it would be really good to have this custome zone update from admin end.

  20. Better/longer notifications

    I have missed so many chats by leaving the room for a couple of minutes. A notification that lasts 3 seconds then disappears entirely is not enough of an alert. Something needs to stay or be persistent
