  1. Optionally allow a new *column* on the monitoring screen to show the location (City, State) of a user.

    Having to hover over the flag on the monitoring screen is clumsy and doesn't allow us to see at one glance where visitors are from.

    Showing a column that always had this information would alleviate this deficency.

  3. Switch off all users and statuses from one place in one go, including making the app invisible

    We run the app on a number of computers and devices. We’d love a way to a) switch all statuses to Away from one device and b) have the app disappear altogether when we’re asleep! Currently, customer get irritated when they chat, but no one answers. The app doesn’t sync across devices, so even the same user setting status to Away on a desktop, can be live on an iPhone.

  6. Customize Icon (colour) for each site monitoring instead of being random

    • I wanto to choose colour for each site, when looking at the Monitoring page, so they are different (not just the letter) and stay the same each time I enter the dashboard,

    I now answer chat from 2 sites, and luckily they don't have the same first letter or I wouldn't be able to tell the difference on the monitoring page, because they both where displaying green colour.

    To solve this I refreshed the dashboard and now they had 2 different colours. Exited dashboard and when I entered again they were both green....

    The same way I would want to…

    Please take note of the Scheduler's conditions:

    1) When agents are online and the widget is scheduled to be online, consider page status to be online.
    2) When agents are online and the widget is scheduled to be offline, consider page status to be offline.
    3) When agents are offline and the widget is scheduled to be online, consider page status to be offline.
    4) When agents are offline and the widget is scheduled to be offline, consider page status to be offline.

  8. option for customer activity to not show in the chat box

    I think the way it displays the customer tracking information (e.g. the website pages the customer is visiting), I think the way it shows this in the chat box AND on the right hand side of the chat box is unnecessary.

    It should only be kept on the right hand side, but not in the chat box too. This should be kept clear so that communication can be dealt with clearly and effectively.

    it really is unnecessary to have both, at least provide an option.

    PS, your software is amazing, I am really happy with it.

    I want to set myself as invisible so I can leave after finishing up the current active chats.

    Scheduler is not a solution for us as we have different shifts and so no fix Schedule to setup

  15. Option to stay logged in on cell phone app instead of it hibernating.

    When I am logged into my cell, it automatically hibernates after so long. Once I look at my phone again, it says it is logging back in.

  18. Mail notification: also send agent replies by email so other team members can see that an agent replied, without having to conect to Tawk UI

    It would be very useful to also send our replies (agent's replies) by email so other team members (other agents) can see that an agent replied, without having to conect to Tawk UI.

    Also this would provide a good Audit Trail capability by email, as we would receive emails for all Customers chats + Agent's chats.

    And thanks for a nice product :)
