  10. make a sound every time a customer sends a message not just the first message. I keep missing messages when I am mulitasking.

    customers will ask a question and then I answer. and then I think they are done so I start doing something on my computer but turns out they usually have something else to say that I miss because I don't get any other alerts after that first one. SUPER ANNOYING

    I do a lot of email marketing. Often, I send an email for a particular agent. I want to allow the email recipient the immediacy of a chat conversation with that agent instead of having to wait for an email response. While I can add the agent’s profile page link there is a problem…

  17. Add an option to show consent form only when offline

    You should add the option to show the consent form only when all agents are offline. We gather personal data only then as email, name, phone etc. When we chat there is no personal data transfered besides the IP address but we have that covered in our Privacy policy.

    When a new message is received in user chat window, it doesn't scroll down to it. So the user misses new chats sent by staff. Observed this in the browser.
