  1. Only make sounds on visitors that match my filters in monitoring

    I only care about visitors from my country, i would love it if the desktop app did not ping everytime someone else visited, i set a filter for a reason!!!

  2. Let only the administrator see what everybody is chatting, not the entire sales team.

    I have just started using tawk.to in one of my client's website. Although I have just noticed that my whole sales team sees what everybody is chatting. It would be perfect if only the administrator saw other people's conversation. Would that be possible? Thank you.

  3. Remove IP associated cookies when chat ends. Give visitors 'public computer' option which automatically removes chat history and data

    If visitors are using a public computer, removing cookies from the computer alone is not removing visitor personal data as it is associated with IP address for various amounts of time causing a breach of data protection.

    Visitors do not always know about 'go incognito' option which seems to be the solution and therefore are putting personal information at risk without knowing.

    There should be an option for client to choose 'public computer' and 'personal device' and explanation that by choosing personal device their personal information may be available to other computer users.

  5. Modify fields in Away Form

    We would like to make a required field on the "Away" chat form. I know the "Offline" status can have a required field but we want one for Away too while maintaining a clear channel when we are "Online" with no required fields.

  6. Make it possible to modify the widget for different pages

    For example, when a user is in a page with instructions, I would like the header to say: "Something isn't clear?"
    and for the homepage I would like it to be: "Hey, need help?"

  8. Add the option to make chats private

    There should be an option to make chats private so that only the agent chatting, or maybe also an administrator, can see the chat.

    So that you can select which columns you want to see or hide. Also make them resizable.

  12. Great product - but I found that if I close the bubble - it's closed forever - or until I reset my cookies - the bubble is a great plus - it

    Closing the bubble should not be permanent. refreshing the page - or coming back for another session should reload the bubble. I closed the bubble just to see what happens and not I have to clean out cookies to get it back. Thanks - overall a wonderful product.

  14. Add sounds to notifications relating to Messaging (Ticketing) via web browser on the dashboard.

    By allowing sounds to the messaging
    (ticketing) notifications on the web browser, this alerts the staff member
    fully unlike just having a pop-up on the left hand side that may not even be

  16. Notifications with fast answers

    When we receive a message in windows desktop or mac os X, it will be very great if there was an form to fast answer directly on notification.

    Sometimes we receive a message and we could answer in a fast mode with we don't need to enter on app and answer..

    Thank you for the request. For common responses you can use the shortcuts feature which reduces the time necessary to answer the Visitor.

  17. Option to show the advanced trigger once per day

    Currently there is a limit for the trigger to once per visitor. I would like to enable "once per day per visitor" to allow the trigger to show to returning visitors, but not to often, so once per day would be a good frequency.

  18. Better url parser

    Entering a "(note)" with an URL in the chat dialog includes the closing parenthesis in the URL - e.g.:

    xxxx (get more info on www.example.com/moreinfo)

    makes a wrong link to "http://www.example.com/moreinfo)"

  19. allow Agents to store their IP addresses as Knowns so they don't show up in reporting

    When checking the reports and activities, it would be helpful to sort out the Agents' activities.
