    Alternatively, you can use the Direct Messages option to communicate directly with other agents.

    Need push notification if new message received when tawk app is closed like whatsapp. I don't get notifications unless I open the app, am losing many clients because i don't know when they chat

  4. More than 20 triggers.

    Our company likes your chat, but it's important to enlarge number of page triggers. It may be as paid addon, no mater. Now it's limited by 20 triggers.

  5. Disable confirmation email in Ticket system

    Give us the option to disable set the confirmation mail in Ticket system (the automatic email a customer gets when he writes us an email - the email that always adds: "Your message has been received and is currently being reviewed by our team.
    For your reference, this ticket id is #.")

    Hi!
    The widget supports RtL language. You can choose your language in Admin – Widget Content.

    You can participate in adding new, improving and voting for current translations here:
    crowdin.com/project/tawk

    Support for RtL languages in web-dashboard requires a lot of work on interface, so currently we have no estimate when we can work on that.

  7. custom font and background colour for trigger messages

    im from indonesia

    i want to asking about can i tweak the trigger font and background colour for trigger messages? so it will separate agents chat and the trigger.

    if cant, maybe its my feedback for future tawk to development, and inform me when its can be released.

  8. Enable emoji customization

    Some of the images are not appropriate for all end users and may be offensive to some people. It would be beneficial if they could be disabled or at least make certain emojis invisible.

    At the moment there is no emoji customization, but they could be disabled:
    We have released new options under Widget Settings, including ’Disable emoji selection`.

    Those options could be found in Admin – select required asset (widget) – Widget Settings.

  9. to impove the Reporting tab and add option all. It will show the stats from all properties.

    As we have 21 website it is not convenient for us to check stats separately.To know how good/bad we are it would be great to see full picture.

    Hello. We used to see what another agent is typing, but not anymore. It was a very useful feature, as agents could help each other, the manager could track the agents' answers before they submit them, etc. Can we get it back please?)

  13. A solution which gives visitors the possibility to deactivate the trigger-function

    We have a trigger that is triggered every time a new page, that offers a unique piece (we are an art gallery), is clicked on . But if you look around on our site for a long time and a lot, you will inevitably get it displayed constantly.
    The feedback of our customers is sometimes quite annoying, but on the other hand we have not only been able to get often into conversation with potential customers but also to realize additional sales.

    But it would be nice if visitors of our site would have the possibility to turn off this…

    Add option to disable Ticket system, if you are like us, you have a billing system with integrated tickets, I think it would be better if you could disable Tawk tickets for the sake of avoiding confusion.

    The ecommerce platform thirty bees has free module that supports tawkto. It would be nice if you added us to the drop down list so our users could easily find it.   17. Remove IP associated cookies when chat ends. Give visitors 'public computer' option which automatically removes chat history and data

    If visitors are using a public computer, removing cookies from the computer alone is not removing visitor personal data as it is associated with IP address for various amounts of time causing a breach of data protection.

    Visitors do not always know about 'go incognito' option which seems to be the solution and therefore are putting personal information at risk without knowing.

    There should be an option for client to choose 'public computer' and 'personal device' and explanation that by choosing personal device their personal information may be available to other computer users.

  18. Use visitor information as placeholders in HTTPS urls in custom Tabs

    We would like to be able to use placeholders in the https urls used for custom tabs.

    If this were possible, we could use as url:

    http://my-crm-custom-endpoint/user?email={{visitor_email}}

    So i would be able to display relevant information about this particular user in the custom Tab.

  19. Allow us to Include or Exclude specific pages with Wildcard URLs

    In wordpress, the plugin only allows you include/exclude the widget on a specific page, which is nice.. but if you want to exclude an entire site directory, you should be able to do so as well. For example:

    website.com/help/*

    vs

    website.com/help/user
    website.com/help/employee
    website.com/help/developer
    etc...

    This is useful because it's a less specific rule, and if you add a page under /help/* it will still follow the rule, rather than having to manually add it to the list.

    It also makes those lists far shorter.

  20. Make it possible to add a hyperlink in Trigger Messages

    Instead of just having the option to send a trigger message using plain text only, it could be very nice if it will possible to include hyperlinks (i.e. to an internal page on your website) in these messages as well.
