  5. The ability to add informational messages at any point in the process before livechat.

    Eg: Offline multiple choice options.

    Eg: Someone clicks on “Animation” in a prechat or offline info multiple choice. Then instead of going straight to message or online chat, you have the option of adding a short message such as “Animation is a Game changer. It puts you on the front page of Google. As 50% of websites are mobile accessed, this puts you ahead of competition”

    And then you go to Livechat or a message option.

    This encourages the person to wait longer for an agent or actually send a message because they are more incentivised to do so.

  6. Allow to change translation of error messages in pre-chat form

    For example. Currently, if required field message for name field is shown, this message appears: "Debes colocar tu nombre.".

    More polite form should be: "Debe colocar su nombre."

  11. Record user email or name ( Ask them to add in name/email before starting a conversation

    Now there is no way to record the name or email or any information before the user start the chat. It is difficult to identify the user detail who was it not possible. Unique id doesnt help to identify users. Please consider adding that feature

  12. There form would appear after 1 minute of waiting

    In case a customer wants to chat and there's nobody to answer fast, I suggest that after e.g. 1 minute of waiting, the offline form would appear for the customer to fill and we could answer for him/her later.

  17. erase content remotely

    I am putting this widget on a kiosk and I was hoping that after the chat is finished that it would erase the conversation when I close the conversation on my end not having to depend on the kiosk use is there a option for that as I will be using this to remotely check people in and I don't want their information to remain on the public kiosk

  18. Larger agent's profile picture

    As I discussed with the customer service of Tawk. We both feel that the Agent's profile picture is currently too small, so small that the face starts losing facial details. It looks more like a blob or a blur of a human than an actual human.

    We both believe that having larger Agent's profile picture will enhance the bond between the employees and customers and make it more personal.

    This feedback comes from a designer that owns a design agency, hopefully this will be useful!

  20. add US State AND City to the IP location of the visitor

    Can you please add the State when the visitor is coming from a city in the USA? So a State would show here https://share.getcloudapp.com/Qwu9e7Rx the problem is that there are many cities in the USA with the same name. You really have to have the State. Thanks.
