  1. Stop using document.write()

    When you use document.write() to inject a script, the browser is not able to continue parsing the HTML. The web browser is forced to wait for the resource to load AND to be executed.

  4. Make white-label available for a one-time fee.

    A lot of businesses prefer having white label options available to make their website look more wholesome. At the same time, a lot of businesses hate recurring monthly fees. Please consider offering white labeling for a one-time fee. I'd personally happily pay $50-$100 for a lifetime white labeled license.

  5. Get notified right when a customer opens a chat window

    Right now it appears the only options for notifications are:

    1) When a customer visits the page, which would send me far too many notifications from people who never try to chat, or
    2) When the first message is sent, which by definition means that any time I spend picking up my phone and entering the app is time that the user is waiting for a response.

    It would be much more useful to get a notification right when the chat window is first opened, so I could start preparing to respond. Shaving even a couple seconds off that initial…

  10. We need free positioning of Chat Widget pls.

    Your chat widget is completely to the right and its covering my themes GoToTopOfPage button!

    MANY other people have reported this, so when do U implement this possibility?

    E.g. margin/offset from edge. E.g. if positioned in lower right corner, let us set an offset from right side and from bottom.

    Have a way to copy a hyplerlink to a chat which you can use at a later date to link you back to that chat in the chat history.

  13. make the minimal widget size smaller

    currently the minimal size of the widget is 280 X 330, which is too big. As a result, when visitors intend to click something on my web but can easily activate the widget instead, which is very annoying. I'd suggest the minimal widget be within 200 X 200. Thanks.

  15. Open the widget in the same tab in mobile also, rather than in new tab.

    The widget should open in the same tab rather than a new in tab in mobile. Opening in new tab doesn't looks nice and distracts the user.

  16. Response time before interaction and notification to client should be within a few seconds of visitor entering site as it takes too long

    Response by app to when a client enters the website needs to be quicker within 3 seconds. Currently takes a minute to activate. As people's attention spans are too short some people leave before agent can interact with them.

    An option to disable the offline contact/message form and display a message instead (provides an option for those who have a ticket system using different software) to minimise platforms to respond to when coming back online and some may prefer for visitors to email when offline.

  18. Change widget in single page application

    We have a single-page app and need to integrate multiple chats there.

    Example: when user is in section A, chat X should be opened, when user is in section B, chat Y should be opened instead.

    On a normal website those sections would most likely be separate HTML pages and we could simply add separate widgets there.

    However, on a single page application this does not work. We could add those separate widgets on demand (i.e. when user enters section A or B), but when the user then moves on to the other section, there is no clean way to…

    While setting the Trigger with below conditions


    • Trigger type – Advanced

    • Run Trigger – When a visitor sends a chat message

    • Check – Any of the following

    • Message – Contains – Book (Example)

    • Action – Hi Thanks for your query, we will get back to you soon.
      In the above scenario, the trigger should work only if any sentence contains the string "Book" separated with the spaces each side and it shouldn’t work when a word contains the string "Book" like Facebook (example)
