  1. reduce the line breaks in the ticket system

    when i post a message with one the line break, i see 3-4 line breaks, it is very frustrating for the reader and the sender

    i have even tried to create mymessage in a simple notepad with only one linebreak but when i paste it in your message box, it creates again multiple line breaks...

    also,
    the message window is not expandable by dragging the bottom right corner of the window and we cant really see the whole or at least most of the message we are typing

    other than this, your system is super awesome

  3. Trigger conditions: AND with OR

    A trigger should fire in conditions where we can AND / OR mutliple conditions.

    Currently the scenario is that it applies on all the actions, what we want is something like this below:

    [ [ cond1 OR cond2 OR cond3] AND cond4 ]

    This will help in really using the triggers ore effectively.

  4. City and Country stored in Monitoring

    Customer's IP, city and country is shown, but when they leave the website, their city and country is lost and not store in the Monitoring area. it would be nice to have because I can get an idea which city or country visit my website the most for me to target them in ads, etc.

  7. Enable people to change the font size while chatting

    Enable people to change the font size while chatting. Also have an option to delete or edit the text as sometimes there can be typo error or we may write something inadvertently which we may want to delete later

  10. Please add automate mail to assignee when the chat is assigned to another agent

    Agent 1 took call and has no sufficient information
    After the message is done, agent 1 convert to ticket and assignee to Agent 2
    Currently, no mail is sent to assignee so he can know that he has been assigned the tawk to handle

  13. Stop notifications on Iphones if a customer ends the chat.

    We don't need notifications just to inform us that a user has ended the cha or after the chat has been ended when they have left the site, especially after we finished the conversation a few minutes ago and moved on to doing other things.

    If you are able to send custom attributes via API is because you need them and of course want to search using them. Please add search by custom attributes feature to the tool will be great. Thanks

  15. Standar alias for each propertie

    I have two properties. And for each I created a different alias to answers my customers. But the thing is when a customer open my a new chat I have to select manually the Alias and is annoying. Can configure a standar alias for each propiertie will be very useful

  18. Increase number of characters available in widget content

    The current widget content only allows 150 chars that could be enough for some people, but for people that needs set the available hours or phone numbers or other info with a small introduction, could be small. Please allow to increase the char limit to 500 or 1000 for example
