  1. Connect to a Department through a click of a button!

    Hi there,

    I am looking to sell and buy crypto on my site and have created two departments for support them being "Buy Crypto" and "Sell Crypto".

    On that page at the bottom I am looking to have the two buttons but I wanted it so they connect directly to that department, for example if someone is looking to sell Crypto they select the "Sell Crypto" button and it will connect you "Sell Crypto" live support department.

    However I see you can only create buttons that initiate the chat but…

  2. Make the visitor overview columns customisable

    So that you can select which columns you want to see or hide. Also make them resizable.

  3. Being able to access to past conversations, contacts, etc. via API

    Current API is quite small in possibilities. Something very interesting will be to be able to access to contacts, pasts conversations, etc. via queries to an API.

  4. forward tickets

    There should be a possibility to forward tickets and caes to email recipients other than the current end user, such as collueagues (outside tawto)

  5. set (overwrite) widget appearance through javascript the api

    Would be very useful to use tawk as a cms-plugin where the colors are given
    Or where different web-site uses a different appearance.

  6. Create admin page listing all tags used/number of chats with that tag

    We'd like to have a way to view all the tags that staff have used on our site (ideally also giving a number of how many chats have that tag applied). This will help us manage which tags are used, correct improperly tagged items, and identify FAQs.

  7. Enable font swapping on the Google Font to not block rendering

    Would take a whole 30 seconds to implement and is recommended implementation by Google even. Just add &display=swap to the uRL

  8. Skip pre-chat form after trigger

    Based on this https://tawk.uservoice.com/forums/228427-feedback/suggestions/9229221-pre-chat-form-after-trigger there are many people such as myself who want the vice versa feature, If there is any triggered message then, the pre-chat appears naturally as if it were a conversation balloon

    Thank you for the suggestion.

    It will be like going back – against popular request to have Pre-chat form to stay after a trigger message.

    But we will have your idea open, so we could see if it will be requested feature. To implement option to choose how Pre-chat form should behave – be always shown or be skipped.

  9. open mobile window too big - scale wish

    When I open the chat window on a smaller (normal cellphone) device, the full window is covered. It seems to be a new page - so I`m going to push the "back" Button and leave the site.
    Same page overlay is nice, but I suggest to scale the height to 80% (or adjustable) hat I can see the original Page in the background. AND a colored X to close the overlay window

  10. Forwarding e-mails into Tawk tickets rewrites original sender

    When somebody sends me an email and I forward this mail into Tawk as new ticket, it is created as if I would be the sender. Original sender is discarded.

    It could be nice if Tawk would parse the From header, extracting original sender and setup new ticket as this.

  12. Url change on mobile browser (#max-widget)

    On mobile device using browser,
    tawk.to widget when change state to Maximize ,
    it is change the url become : /#max-widget,
    It is create some conflict with angular-route.
    it is posible when the widget maximize it is not change the current url ?

  13. Add an "attach file" form field in the offline form

    It would be nice if my clients and/or leads could attach a file (photo/picture/doc) in the offline form to send us detailed information. It would really help us to properly address their needs without having to ask them to send the file by email later.

  14. More position choices for the widget

    The positioning could be improved by providing the opportunity to choose a custom location/position for the widget OR at least, more positions, such as between middle and bottom, middle and top.

  15. add option to remove/hide avatar

    The new UI is showing avatar on top of the name. But there is no option to hide the avatar if I just want to use my name in the chat widget.

  20. Tagging: Generic and Reporting

    Be able to add generic tags with a drop down menu to be used across all properties. Add tags to reporting.
