  1. Badge icons

    Please add badge icons to IOS and Android devices as this feature should be traditionally native on most apps.

    I am posting a new post as the last one was posted 2 years ago and it does not seem to be resolved.

    A lot of online companies use mobile devices to do majority of work nowadays. This is a incredibly important feature as no body will know if they have messages outstanding without a badge notification.

  3. Let iPhone App Save Password

    For whatever reason, the app's password field isn't setup correctly or something so the iPhone won't automatically save it is the iOS password manager. Should be a 2 minute fix!

    This isn't a feature request but a bug report. Your iOS and Mac app log out constantly. Unless I log out, the Tawk app should never ever log out. I've more than once spent more than a month not noticing that our website isn't even displaying Tawk because no device is logged in. Please please, stay logged in, like my Google Hangouts and Facebook messenger don't need to be re-logged in. At least give me the option if the auto log off is some sort of security feature.

  9. Allow the user to see full URL on mobile app

    On my desktop app I can see that users came to my site via google adwords due to a ?gclid=RANDOMNUMBER at the end of the referring URL (this shows when hovering over the link to the page they are currently on). This isn't possible on the mobile app. Can the ability to see the actual URL the user is on be added to the mobile devices?

  11. Ability to switch user account in tawk.to app rather than logging out/in again.

    I’m using tawk.to to manage a company account and a personal freelancing account. To keep things separate I have an account with separate emails for both. It would be cool if I could switch between them in the tawk.to app rather than having to log out and back in again. Even better would be getting notifications and chat requests for both accounts in the app and then automatically switching to the correct account when tapping on a notification.

    iPhone App should let users use their Fingerprint for Authentication. An API already exists for this on the iPhone so it should be very quick to code.

    when a new visitor visits the site we have a notification visitor v1209137913871 is on your site.

    is it possible to change the notification to:
    1. change the name of the visitor from v1231231293 to something shorter or visitor1

    1. to mentioned in the notification the location of the visitor (like we have the flag once we open the app)

    2. to mention the number of visits this is for this visitor (so we know if its a returning visitor or a new one.

    so it would be something like:
    Visitor2 - Germany is on your site. visit #12

  14. Synchronize profile status between the app and the online dashboard.

    Currently, when I leave my office during operating hours, I have to set my profile to Invisible on the online dashboard, just in case I might want to deactivate the chat at some later point (by AGAIN setting my profile to Invisible, on the mobile app this time) while I'm out.

    Any action taken on either the app or the online dashboard should be synchronized on the other.

  16. Enable per-Project disabling of Ping Notifications

    We have a problem where we have a new Project. One of our Projects can ping us at any time that our Phone app is on the Web. If osmoene comes on the site, we can see them on it. We like that.

    But we have a new project and it does the same thing - problem is, we provide support for it 9-530pm and it's scheduled to be Offline outside those times. But we still get the Pings on the phone app when someone is on the site. There is absolutely no need for it.
