Please provide a google translation option to directly translate the user language into english if the customer default language is not english and vice versa
So if the customer is from Germany and if he is typing in German then our system should translate into english for the agent and when agent type anything , System should translate it to German for the customer.

Imagine, trying to help someone 'learn' a process by demonstration (or by leading them) to pages. The chat already shows what page they're on. If that link could open a new window or modal, and you could say something like "Look at the upper right corner of your window" - the operator then clicks their screen which in turn 'highlights' (possibly with a heatmap style pulse on their page), at which point the admin continues "Here you'll type your login information and press the submit button" .. cutting edge opportunity here for tawk.to for interaction. ;)716 votes

Have a setting to limit the ability to initiate voice / video chat to only agents instead of web visitors.8 votes
Instead of hiring agents per hour, maybe I could hire them per chat?
For example, I want to handle most chats myself, but if I'm offline I need someone to handle chats for me
Maybe if 0 agents are online, a paid agent will handle the chat.
If the chat meets x criteria or whatever then the transaction is complete and the paid agent leaves the chat.
There would need to be some sort of rule system:
Eg user joins chat - asks x - gets result
Not just people joining to troll or spam and it costing us money4 votes
currently if you use a different asset in a property for each language, you can set the language specs accordingly. So far so good. However you are forced to use a single branding for all those assets.
In our opinion, each asset should allow unique branding so that it can mimic the language settings.
Another inconsistency is that when you request a transscript, it's only available in english an not in the language settings of the asset...3 votes
We have subscribed for whitelabel branding removal addon and today it was auto renew due to saved payment method in the tawk.to dashboard.
Please remove auto renew functionality for any payment because in this case if we don't want to renew for next year we need to memorize the next billing date upto next year.3 votes

At the moment, even my 23 characters branding (including space, * and _) is cut.

Currently its $49 a month which is just not competitive with rival web conferencing products like anymeeting.com or gotomeeting.com, especially when it does not work with Edge and we are not a heavy user. Price needs to be ~$24 per month or $240 annually or less to be competitive.
I am still interested in the Video + Voice + Screensharing if they were to lower price similar to rivals and add features like recording. As it would be much better if we could just use one piece of software for everything.6 votes

I have been trying to add a telephone protocol to the widget footer branding, but it is not possible because the link URL field expects an http protocol. It would be nice if we were able to add mailto: or tel: procols instead.1 vote
We plan to buy the whitelabel. Our agents are experienced to quite often click on the links on "Blog posts" and leave the dashboard window. From that new window they open another windows. This causing a lot of distraction and the agents are not fully concentrated on their chats with clients. This could be a removable area by the admin. If a certain admin has such a need they could remove it otherwise the blogpost could remain if it does not disturbs anyone.3 votes
