    Alternatively you can add something like CHATFUEL interface for
    drag and drop -tree to direct / divert messages to the right pipeline and finally request talk to a real person

    we are an e-commerce and cakes manufacturing company - its way better than have an army of callcenter employees that we let them shortlist products online or ask simple questions

  9. Be able to copy "saved replies" from Helpscout and import into Knowledge Base

    I already have a lot of "saved replies" in Helpscout....would be nice if I could copy them all at once into the Tawk Knowledge base instead of having to do each one manually.

    Hello,
    When we have a clear site and the widget is integrated in it, the messages that are displayed in preview are white and with the text in gray. The idea would be to make them a little more visible and having the hand to customize the colors of the text and background as for the messages in the chatbox

  16. can we create the property and its member account through code. We would like to have APIs for the same?

    at present we need to create property and members manually, also members need to register their account their own. I think as an admin we should be able to create members through API code. so that we can create accounts our own and we can provide the same with the users.

  19. Department Chat Volume Count Option has disappeared in reporting!!!

    Please make sure to bring back the old department volume count back. Its very important. How would an organization keep the records and work on their future efficiency. This feature was available couple of weeks back. So i think it would not be hard to bring back the old script.
    I request the fellow tawk developers to look into this matter and bring back the volume count for department heads as well.
