  3. Is there a webhook if a ticket is updated or closed?

    When I get it right I can create a webhook for a new ticket.

    Would be great if there is any way to create a webhook for every action.

    And I support the idea to have a pretty json api for all tickets with all properties and msg.

    It would be useful if we could disable the widget for specific user types within WordPress.

    IE: Disable widget for admins.

  7. App for Wix App Market

    My suggestion is to add an app for the wix app market.

    Then there are no bugs anymore and
    because now, the widget is hidden on mobile phones.
    There isn't any possibility to show it on mobile phones because of html.

  8. Allow different Slack channels to be notified depending on department selection.

    I want to notify different slack channels i.e. sales if a customer has a sales enquiry or support if it's a support enquiry. Right now we can't pull the department type to Zapier even just to let them all see it so the appropriate person can respond.

  12. please consider supporting screen-share (for agents) on the most commonly used browsers, Chrome (and ideally Firefox too)

    As of July 2019, ~48% of web visitors use Chrome, 31% Safari, 12% Firefox, 6% IE, and <3% Edge. For ease of interaction with our customers and the use of the screen-share we request support for the top 3 (Chrome, Safari and Firefox) instead of the bottom 2.

  13. Make it so I can share the saved information of IP's on different logins, as well as extending the amount of aliases we can have

    a way to store the saved IP on one onto the other accounts? so they all share the same info we put into them? If we edit a name or something for a paticular IP

    Hootsuite is the most widely used platform for managing social media. 16M+ users. Trusted by 800+ of the Fortune 1000. 175+ countries, used in every country in the world. 2M+ app installs, The biggest ecosystem with 150+ apps.

    Currently nobody provides website chat solutions integrated with Hootsuite. This seems like a great opportunity for Tawk.

    We, we'd just like to keep our customer engagement specialists happy - and they prefer a single dashboard.

  15. Deliver offline messages in a table/csv

    Export offline messages to a CSV or similar database format. This would help intergrate Tawk.to enquiries into a company's Customer Relationship Management software, and be able to review all offline messages per date, and work through them.

    Currently they are delivered in the below format (by email)

    Alternatively, you can use the Zapier integration to automatically send information between tawk.to and MailChimp.

  20. Add Shopify Location Support

    Currently your app doesn't support Shopify locations, which means if I use locations Shopify makes me uninstall your app. I don't think your app has anything to do with locations, so it may be as simple as telling Shopify that your app does support it?

    Shopify locations allows sellers to have multiple shipping locations, such as our warehouse and Amazon FBA. So it really has nothing to do with chat.
