Responding via phone is slow
Having open web broser panel is resource & space waste if i have low number of chats daily or no chats.
Instant messenger responding is clever as messengers apps are already made for numerous operating systems and many people already having them installed.
Please kindly consider making integration with some opensource instant messaging protocol.

Please make sure to bring back the old department volume count back. Its very important. How would an organization keep the records and work on their future efficiency. This feature was available couple of weeks back. So i think it would not be hard to bring back the old script.
I request the fellow tawk developers to look into this matter and bring back the volume count for department heads as well.

If we already have tags we can you them to connect Tawk with Zapier or an email marketing app for example Active Campaign. Each tag would generate an automation on email marketing to start a funnel. Intercom is already doing this with zapier then we can connect it with Active Campaign18 votes

When putting the business's Facebook Like button on the chat window, if customer will click "like" it will add real value to the business rather than the regular current like button.
This will most likely happen if the customer was happy with the service with the representative.

I haven't seen a Phone Number field in the Zap editor. I want to create a new contact on my CRM when someone submits the pre-chat form on my website. As for now I only able to pass name and email but not phone number.13 votes
