  3. Add Responsive/percentage widths to embeddable widget

    The embeddable chat widget has a fixed width set on the iframe once placed on a page. This makes it usage a bit clunky on different screen sizes depending on where it's embedded.

    If I turn off the 300px !important width and set it to 100% it works perfectly, but this 300px width is reset on screen resize.

  4. Webhooks: Add a webhook for when tags are added to a chat.

    This is useful to track the different reasons for a chat, So the customer can be billed accordingly.

    As tags can be added after the chat has ended, I suggest there be a new webhook maybe called 'chat:updated' that gets fired when a chat gets updated details, a note gets added or tags get adjusted.

    There might need to be a delay in the wehbook as multiple tags and be removed/added at a time.

  5. Add chat window inside Wordpress dashboard

    You should add chat window inside Wordpress dashboard. And allow admin chats from inside the dashboard to the other fellow admins.

  8. Integration with Gekoboard

    Hi there.

    It would be awesome if Tawk could integrate with Gekoboard.

    Gekoboard is basically a overview / anything dashboard that displays useful data to let's say the support floor.

    The dashboard could show how many chats have been answered, how many are waiting ect ect.

  9. Be able to change the logo in the history on behalf of agents

    Following the new update, I think it would be better to leave the choice to display either the logo or the name of the agent.

    Alternatively you can add something like CHATFUEL interface for
    drag and drop -tree to direct / divert messages to the right pipeline and finally request talk to a real person

    we are an e-commerce and cakes manufacturing company - its way better than have an army of callcenter employees that we let them shortlist products online or ask simple questions

    Hello,
    When we have a clear site and the widget is integrated in it, the messages that are displayed in preview are white and with the text in gray. The idea would be to make them a little more visible and having the hand to customize the colors of the text and background as for the messages in the chatbox

    The plugin would enable any elgg site user to set up a widget for their user or group profile page. For example, I own a social media network powered by elgg software, and I would like to offer this messaging opportunity to my users, for their individual and group use, independent of me, not just limited to messaging with myself/my team.

  18. Reverse IP Lookup - for external system like LeadForensics

    Since Tawk already pulls the user's IP, it would be neat if it was integrated with an external system like LeadForensics to attempt to figure out who the visitor might be.

  19. Is there a webhook if a ticket is updated or closed?

    When I get it right I can create a webhook for a new ticket.

    Would be great if there is any way to create a webhook for every action.

    And I support the idea to have a pretty json api for all tickets with all properties and msg.
