We should be given an API by which we can keep a record of Chats
We should be given an API for PHP by which we can keep a record of Chats such as how many chats received today, weekly, and on a monthly basis along with how long it goes so, we can better manage our employees!
We need this API to see the details on our own website as other details available there too such as calling software, emails, and other integrations, so it would be easier to manage all the things at one place!

Limit Tickets to Users
Users are in the habit of opening several tickets for the same subject.
I would greatly appreciate if a resource were available to limit this feat.
Unfortunately, instead of most answering the Open Ticket, they create more and more, damaging the entire service.
The correct thing would be, after opening a Ticket for Such Customer, he can only respond to this ticket until it is closed.
From now on, grateful for the attention.

At this stage, there is no limit to the number of offline messages and tickets a visitor may submit from the Knowledge Base.
I would suggest checking a visitor’s ticket history with a search by email address to see if tickets have been created before.

Desktop, Mobile e Tablet
The widget display is on mobile (+ tablet) and desktop.
If I wanted to put the widget only on the desktop and only on the tablet (excluding mobile), this is not possible.

The widget visiblity settings allow you to hide the widget on load in mobile. This makes the chat invisible when a visitor navigates to your site using a mobile device. The chat widget won’t pop up and visitors will not be able to view or use it. However, you can still track the visitors on your site.

You can also set different positions for your widget on desktop and mobile devices.
The Widget Appearance panel gives you an option to set your tablet in ‘Desktop’ or ‘Mobile Website’ view.
Whatever position you selected on your widget settings will reflect on the type of view you selected on your tablet.

Improve columns width and overflow in Monitoring tab of Dashboard (solution provided)
The main columns in Monitoring tab (Name/ID, IP, Page, Referrer) are not well optimized. They waste too many space (white area) and the 2 first (Name/ID, IP) have the text overflow hidden at right while the most important information on them is exactly what is at the end (the last digits of ID and IP).
I have resolved this with the help of Stylus browser extension and a custom CSS code I made available at https://userstyles.world/style/2286/tawk-to-dashboard-monitoring-columns-optimization-tawk

Fleeq Integration
Fleeq.io is great to do tutorials for the KB but there's no way to link/embed it (directly).

Allow for the knowledge base to be linked to platform contact forms (Wordpress, Shopify et) so that when a user starts entering the contact form subject they would get suggestions appear for the answer from the knowledgebase. This greatly would help self support and would be a unique key selling point for tawk.
Similarly, the contact forms embedded into the websites could have links to tawk chat to be more seamlessly integrated with the websites rather than just a chat widget.
