It would be awesome if Tawk could integrate with Gekoboard.
Gekoboard is basically a overview / anything dashboard that displays useful data to let's say the support floor.
The dashboard could show how many chats have been answered, how many are waiting ect ect.

Allow different Slack channels to be notified depending on department selection.
I want to notify different slack channels i.e. sales if a customer has a sales enquiry or support if it's a support enquiry. Right now we can't pull the department type to Zapier even just to let them all see it so the appropriate person can respond.3 votes

Attaching images to shortcuts
Please consider this feature as it could be very time-saving for any customer service agent who sends lots of pictured tutorials with shortcuts. that way I wouldn't have to browse my gallery always for finding the right picture.
