  1. VIEW OF ONLINE & OFFLINE AGENTS/ADMINS

    I want to request for an important feature which is a view of list of agents and admins that are online. At the press of a button I should be able to see list of online agents also list of offline agents and admins.

    I know there is a similar feature going through the direct messaging. But I tell you with a click of button will make it much more professional.

  3. Summary Email after ending the chat session

    Hi All,
    I noticed that the "email notification" feature sends one email for each missed conversation to the setup person. In order to efficiently monitor the service, it would be better to just send one email at the end of the session which summaries how many missed calls we got. For example, let's suppose we run the chat service from 9:00 am to 11:00 am and we got 100 missed conversations instead of receiving 100 emails, it would be beneficial to get just one email summarizing the missing calls.   7. There should be a option to rearrange individual choices in the pre-chat forms' multiple and single choice options.

    In the pre-chat form setup area, there should be a way to rearrange the question order, for example, in a multi-choice form there should be a way to move the individual choices in the multi-choice form, same should apply to the single choice forms.

  9. information about reading the chat message

    I have an idea: adding the function enabling information that the agent read the client's chat message and vice versa. So, when the agent did read the client's message, under the client's message will be inscription "read" and vice versa. I think it's a really interesting idea. The client will know when the agent did read his message, and if he does not reply, "neglecting" it and vice versa, the agent will know when the client has read his message.

  14. Add mergetags to shortcuts

    Many of us use the prechat form to capture visitor details.

    It would be good if these details can be merged into shortcut messages, e.g. /hello-and-ticket expands to Hello Name! Thank you for contacting us today. I am sorry that Department is having these problems. Unfortunately, this is not something I can resolve for you over chat. One of our senior techs will call you on Phone within the next 24 hours to sort this out.
    In addition to prechat form fields, other mergetags could include agent/trigger name, site name, etc

  16. Clone an existing ticket to create another

    The idea is to be able to create a new ticket based on the information of an existing tickets. It is usual to have to create new tickets with almost the same info of another, just changing a few info. In this cases this should be very useful for time saving.

    We could really use the ability to take Live Chat online and offline easily. At the moment it appears each agent has to set themselves as invisible but this can be a problem if an agent is unavailable to do so. As an admin I'd love the feature
