There are two ways to integrate the tawk.to live chat into your site.
#1 - Copy and paste the tawk.to widget code into your site's HTML section before the closing of the </body tag>

Enter the group option so I can easily transfer the data.
I suggest you to add new features such as group chat and adding of transfer power feature so at anytime you can easily enter in group chat and can shift the admin option.

Our Dashboard currently supports direct chat and group messages to the other members of a property. However, we currently don't have a feature for transferring administrative rights in a group chat and that is on our roadmap for development.
Your request has been acknowledged and updates will be posted once the feature has been approved and implemented.
You can also create a Group Chat in the Tab section of the Dashboard, However, the online statuses of your agents will only appear in the chat conversation.
The benefit of creating a Group Chat Tab is that you can chat with other agents without having to exit your Dashboard, keeping your workflow in one place.

Android and IOS app for mobile phones
if you can have a mobile app for the admin dashboard , some other chat services have mobile app for mobile and also desktop app. it is not easy to chat with users with mobile browser as it is not showing well on mobile browsers. if a mobile app can be available it will make it easier to reply chats from the dashboard on mobile.

Offline message notifications on mobile
Can you please enable mobile notifications when an Offline message has been received? We've had a few messages recently but only found them in the email inbox a few days later. If a notification had been sent by the mobile app we could have responded much sooner. There are notifications for just about everything else.

Just want to find out if by any chance you guys having thoughts to make the invatation to the new user with small pop-up on the screen as well on mobile same as u have it on desktop? As I have seen big differences with chat that have this future.

At this stage, we currently don’t have a Trigger causing the widget to pop up on mobile devices.
Once the Trigger is fired, it notifies the visitor that there is an unread message. It will show a little red number “1” on the widget.
We’ve acknowledged your request and have forwarded it to the dev team. They will work with this suggestion and will add the feature in due course.

We currently don’t have a ring notification each time the user opens a new page/tab.
We do, however, have a ring notification for “new visitors”. You can enable this ring if you wish to proactively reach out to your visitors.
You can start a chat with your visitors by clicking on the visitor in the monitoring section of the dashboard. Then simply click the join button in the chat window to start a chat.

You should have an option so the mobile app session does not time out. Have an option to load on start up.
Sessions keep expiring and you'll miss a chat. Have some keep alive options, load on start up, etc.
