  4. API to post after prechat submit, a php variable, directly in the Chat !

    Hi, when user submit the prechat, I want to post/insert automaticaly in the chat, a PHP variable in the chat.

    example : You are on a product page "Apple ipad 16go", and when the user start the chat, an auto responder put "what is your question about the "Apple ipad 16go".

    I want to use the API with prechat and a little of javascript

    Reporting on total number of users doing this to determine if % chats afterwards. This will allow us to determine the best number of pre-qualifying fields the users should complete before a chat request is made

    Do you have an API to use tawk.to on an embedded system equipped with embedded linux and an application under Qt5?

  9. Pre-chat survey statistics

    Problem: Tawk.to allows you to create a pre-chat survey, but doesn't allow you to generate any reports based on what customers have chosen in the pre-chat.

    It would be great to have this option

  10. Send attributes via server

    Agents sometimes need access to sensitive information that the client should not be able to see, and therefore could not be included in a javascript setAttributes() call.

    I'd like to be able to make a server-side request that submitted some attributes to a chat.

    we are using you chat on our website and we feel like few important functions are missing there. May we ask you to add them? And if yes, how do you think, how long may it take to implement those functions? I believe I can help you with that, but let me first describe those functions:

  15. Include Agent Image with Trigger

    Option to include Agent Image with trigger. We already are able to select an "Agent's Name". It would be nice to select an image too. We A/B tested this on another solution and triggers with images have a 59% better response rate.

  16. Preconfigure appearance widget for new agents

    It would be a very helpful feature, if there would be any possiblilty to preconfigure the appearance of colors, etc. of the widget for new agents! Momentarily every new agent have to configure the widget appearance again, although the admin already globally set this...

    When someone comes to the website, you see the company behind it, so you can track chats with static IP address and recognize companies.
    It would be very useful for B2B industries.

    It would be cool to have record sessions of the visitors as Hotjar have..

    The mobile app ringtone is simple and rings only once. I need a ringtone which can rings until I receive a call or chat.
