  1. Categorize chats and get statistics

    After the agents finishes a chat session, he or she could tag the conversation like: sales, support, visitor, etc. And then generate statics by tag.

  3. have added functionality to mobile apps, Eg. able to access chat history and messages

    Allowing admin stuff to have access to chat and message history helps make their role more productive when they are off desk.

  4. Make Scheduler API Retrievable

    API for retrieving the scheduled online times for each day. This makes it possible to generate a page which shows the customers / visitors when the chat operators will be there to chat with.

  8. Remember Password Option on Andorid App

    Currently, at least on the Andorid app, you must manually enter your password each time you with to log in.
    I suggest adding an option to save password for quicker login!

    Under the advance trigger you can add several messages at a time with a wait time, if the time length could be increased to days please.

    As want to deliver education on product each new day the client signs in.

  12. Email Address field and Browser control option.

    Hello, I request you to think about two features in order to make tawk.to chat widget more efficient.


    1. If visitors could initiate the chat without having to fill in their email, name etc and after initiating the chat, all the mandatory fields set by admin will popup inside the chat box and ask users to update them. It will allow users to start the chat without worrying about giving their information, and once they get into a conversation, they will like to stay updated by providing their email address. You can see this feature at intercom.io.

  13. Taskbar icon status

    When using the windows app, I would like to see my chat status (away, online, etc) at the taskbar icon. Like a change of color, or a change of the icon itself. So you don't have to go to the dashboard to check your own status each time;-)

    timestamp any notes made on a chat so that it is clear who has made which notes and you have a clear history. this will help build up a profile for that person for the next analyst to read.

  15. Speedup Message Delivery

    I notice when I'm offline and I receive an email notification of a new message, it takes a long time (15 - 30 mins) before that message shows up in my Tawk.to messages inbox. At first, I thought this was a caching issue, but I've tried refreshing the control panel multiple times, restarting the app, etc... I also tried logging in from a web browser and the messages still don't show up for a long time.

    I'm wondering if there's any way you can speed this process up? Once I receive an email notification of an offline message, I want…

    We’re working on changing chats to be posted to messaging in real time as opposed to just once the session for the visitor is finished. This is planned for a release in the near future.

  16. Need Padding Option In Title Text

    I noticed that there is no way to adjust the padding around the minimized button title text. Please add a padding option.

  18. Mark an ongoing chat for email export - automatically send transcript after chat ended

    Sometimes you already know during a chat that you will need to follow up later on via email/ticketing system.
    It would be great if you could flag the chat for email transcript export while it is still ongoing and the transcript is sent automatically after the chat ended.
    This is especially important since it takes ages till a closed chat appears in the messaging history.

  20. unblock this great and wonderful service for Iran :)

    This is amazing service, and would be very useful for estore websites in Iran, but apparently Iran has been blocked because of USA sanctions, USA Sanctions over against Iran, google,microsoft,yahoo all removed their restrictions against iran. So your great company also can do this :)
