  1. Option to stay logged in on cell phone app instead of it hibernating.

    When I am logged into my cell, it automatically hibernates after so long. Once I look at my phone again, it says it is logging back in.

  4. Integration of another channels via .api and require emails when trigger message is sent

    Ok, I would like to give 2 suggestions for future updates that I think would be very useful. One of them would be to even if the trigger message is sent show a field in the chat to be filled the email of user as it is at zopim chat and the second would be to integrate with another plataforms directly as I think the way it integrates with facebook for general users isn't practical enough to be efficient and they use it

    add a feature that anyone who talk on Tawk Live Chats they need to wait 5 seconds to send a new Message in order to disallow SPAM

  8. Mail notification: also send agent replies by email so other team members can see that an agent replied, without having to conect to Tawk UI

    It would be very useful to also send our replies (agent's replies) by email so other team members (other agents) can see that an agent replied, without having to conect to Tawk UI.

    Also this would provide a good Audit Trail capability by email, as we would receive emails for all Customers chats + Agent's chats.

  10. Allow separate tracking of visitors and visits on each website that is on one account.

    Currently, users are able to see the number of visits and number of visitors on all the websites that an account has. So if I have 2 websites, I cannot tell which one is actually getting more traffic. It would be great if we can see separate statistics for each website that we have in one account.

  13. Fix setAttributes() to accept other params when name, email, and hash are sent

    It appears that setAttributes ignores parameters other than name, email, and hash when those three are sent. Additional parameters have to be in a separate setAttributes() call. I was trying to set the customer's name, email address, "customer ID", and other info with setAttributes() when we know it by virtue of the fact that they are logged into their account when they start a chat session.

  15. Automatic intelligence on visiter

    I think it would be great if Tawk would research the visitor according to the information they gave you at the beginning of the chat. Tawk could use that information to serve up info and links to their social accounts such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter the same way programs like Rapportive and Xobni have done in the past. This way the agent will know more about the user and be able to understand them better.

    I saw this on an other website. Chat popped-up and a video could be played in the chat to see how the product worked. Really liked that feature. Could you add it to this great product?

  20. Tamplates of notifications

    When a ticket is created or modified, the system sends a notification in English, but my clients do not know English.
    Only know Spanish.
    It would be nice to change the templates for these messages
