  2. Feature to know break-up of Mobile versus Desktop

    There should be a feature in the analytics, to tell how many visits (and chats) were from mobiles, tabs and how many from Desktops. This is needed because chat UI for mobile and Desktop are different (and so are there customizations done by site-owner). Success of chat facility or failure thereof cannot be assessed without having a rational breakup regarding device-type used.

    Filter data on analytics by:
    Department.
    and Information on the Pre-Form.

  5. It will be helpful if the History Button changes color if there is any history for the customer.

    When I open a new chat I see 2 buttons Current and History on top right side screen. I believe it will be helpful for Tawk user to see the history light-up if there is any for the current customer instead checking on that each time

  6. Joomla Extension

    The current extension (component) implements the chat on all pages of a site. :-(

    Please provide in your component a way to choose the pages the chat should appear or not appear.

    Alternatively and maybe better, make the extension into a module so that we may use Joomla's provided ability to choose the pages the chat appears or does not appear.

  8. Please remove the resubscription mechanism on the monitoring tab

    Monitoring tab is nice, (you can keep it and we understand that is is needed for high traffic sites) but...
    we want to be notified when each visitor is entering our (small traffic) site and watch the behavior of the visitor.
    But now we have to resubscribe each 5 minutes or each minute.
    Please remove the resubscription mechanism or make it possible that the user can switch off this mechanism or make it possible to set / change the time-out value in a user preference.

  9. Hello, I would really like you to upgrade the "app" on the Mac App store so that we are able to "size" it to fit the entire screen.

  10. Identify See Visitor Name & Info instead of IP

    When a visitor is signed into website, we should see the name and company info that is in our database for that signed in user account.

    So simple, so basic.

  12. Is it possible to have Pre-Chat Form Data (name & email?) Integrated into Our WordPress Members List? Basically "Registering" them?

    I was wondering if we used the Tawk.To WordPress Plugin to install this Chat System into our WP Site, and, for example, we had Pre-Chat Form Data including name & email, that the system would Add them to our WP Members List, as if they "Registered" to be a member?

    Disable a Department allow me to disable all the agents of a department!

    My company has many agents, i could not disable them one by one. Please add the function to disable a department to disable all the agents in the department!

  15. Show website conversions.

    Lets say you own a ecommerce website. I think it would be cool if you guys could add a conversions page in the tawk.to dashboard. Maybe add something like most viewed products on this specific date, and total sales made yesterday. I think that would be an awesome feature and very handy!

  16. More Color Codes of Website Visitors

    Currently the same color code "blue" is being shown for
    1) visitors who opened the chat panel but did not start a chat yet,
    2) visitors who are chatting with another agent, and
    3) visitors whose chat was ended by the agent with whom they were chatting with, and left their chat panel open.

    I believe that separating those three states into three different color codes would further help agents to recognize the upcoming chats.

    While chat active, I wanna sort those by operator's name. So I can quickly see how many visitors are supported by each operators. sample : operator A is supporting 5 visitors, they are : aa,bb,cc,dd,ee. t

  19. JS call to update URL

    There are sites where javascript is heavilly used to navigate through pages. However, this makes impossible for tawk to track user (and inform agent where visitor currently is) and "stucks" in the one where page inittially loaded. A simple function call like ".updateURL()" can suffice in order to call it whenever js-app demands it.
