    Widget should be positioned by user or there could be more widget option. For example ı want to position my widget a litle higher of right bottom but there is no choice for that

  4. Edit agents in Group Chat

    It would be a great feature to be able to delete or edit agents from the group chat, because our responsibilities change quite often. Especially when colleagues leave and there is no access to the profile anymore, the old agents still show up in group chat.

    siteye gelen Ziyaretçiye diyelim ki 10 saniye sonra bir tetikleme mesajı gitti. bu durum sağda görüşme butonunun yanında kırmızı bir yuvarlak içerisinde sayı ile gösteriliyor.

    gerçekte ziyaretçi mesajı görmüyor Dolayısıyla tetiklemiyor .
    "size ilgilendiğiniz bu konuda şu an yardımcı olabilirim " diye bir mesaj gönderdim . ama ziyaretçi bunu görmüyor .

    dıyelım kı ziyaretçi sohbet düğmesinin üzerindeki kırmızı yuvarlak içerisinde 1 rakamını gördü ve tıkladı . o zaman da görüşme öncesi forum devreye gırıyor . forumdaki gerekli alanları doldurmadan hala benim mesajımı görmüş olmuyor .

    Dolayısıyla tetikleme mesajı ekranın ortasına pop up olarak çıkmalı . üzerinde kabul et veya reddet…

  7. Multi account login

    Please make it possible to login with more than one account in the app. Because if you do support for different companys you need to login and logout now each time in the app.

  8. Allow the ability to add chat sign off signature line that would allow for a link to Google Review

    Would like to have a button to sign off of chats that would give the customer a link to our Google Review page. Something like this.

  10. Option to notify if owner/manager if no agents are logged in

    Given the importance of actually having chat agents be online, it would be great if there was an option to escalate the situation to a supervisor/manager/site owner if there are no agents logged in during set "business hours". Notification ideally would be via push-notification in the app and via email.

    (To take it a step further, it would be nice if there was a built in escalation path for these alerts. For example, if no agents are online during business hours immediately notify the "first-line" supervisor, if no agents are online within 15 minutes, additionally notify the manager (or "second-level"…

  11. Fix `Tawk_API.showWidget()` when "Hide Widget on Load" is enabled

    Currently, when the "Hide Widget on Load" option is enabled, the Tawk_API.showWidget() function doesn't work correctly. It'd would be great if this bug could be fixed.

  18. Allow the chats that turn into tickets that use email transcript to display the Aliase name on the email sent, not the real s that turn into

    Presently the emails that are sent to customers or visitors are displaying the real name of the operator, not the Aliase name. This can become confusing internally and to the visitor.

  19. Show the avatar and position title next to the name of each alias when joining a chat

    This was already posted, but way back in 2013, so I feel like it deserves being resubmitted to draw some more attention to it.

    I have multiple aliases with the same name and different positions: Brian (Developer), Brian (Instructor), etc. They also have different avatars. When joining a chat, they all show up as just Brian. Showing the position title and the avatar would make it much easier to utilize multiple roles with the same name!

  20. Como a plataforma tem possibilidade de mais de um atendente, para ser mais organizado. Poderia criar um método de fila ou ordem de atendi...

    O app é muito bom, mas poderia melhorar neste requisito, pois faz total diferença essa organização, de mais de um atendente, seria viável até para o cliente não ter mais de um atendente falando ao mesmo tempo.
