The 'Tab' feature can be used on chats but as an improvement, it could be added for ticketing.3 votes
We have commenced this, and will roll out tabs in Ticketing early next year.
Have it allow you to save an unlimited list of canned responses to the most common questions. Then when people ask the same questions over and over again you just select a pre written "canned response" and it gets pasted into the ticket21 votes

The full desktop features MUST also be experienced in mobile or tablet so that those without a pc, mac or broken laptops/PCs aren't left behind. The mobile versions are lacking. Can't work properly in the mobile.4 votes
We are already porting functionality from the desktop version to the mobile version(s). Eventually all of the functionality will be available on the mobile apps also.
I want to be able to add links inside my away message (to our company's FAQ page)... doesn't seem possible/intuitive now...3 votes

There's already a request for a Version history (which is a great idea), but equally as important from a end-user standpoint, is knowing what's coming down the pipeline. It helps build anticipation (but yes, also holds dev's feet the the fire) -- which isn't always a bad thing right? :D ... I know that the apps are taking more of the current important dev time. But knowing some juicy tid-bits of what's next can help hold the interest of those 'looking around' or 'testing other platforms'. :)12 votes

Ok, I would like to give 2 suggestions for future updates that I think would be very useful. One of them would be to even if the trigger message is sent show a field in the chat to be filled the email of user as it is at zopim chat and the second would be to integrate with another plataforms directly as I think the way it integrates with facebook for general users isn't practical enough to be efficient and they use it1 vote
