  1. Change scrolling behavior on right side of active chat window

    When we open a new chat session with a user, the right side of the screen has the user's name, email address, location and other information on the top right. Below that is a list of the pages they have visited, which is usually a long list. Below their navigation history - usually off the bottom of the screen out of view - is the most important bit of information for our support operator; the account/company name which is passed in automatically using Tawk_API.setAttributes.   3. Department to switch off in the pre-chat form when no agents within that department are online

    Users can still select a "department" in the pre-chat form even when it is listed as "offline" and no-one is available, thus creating missed chats.

    As the business we are in can be technical, we don't want our customer service team answering technical related questions and would rather have this option ("department") in the pre-chat form disappear whenever no-one is available, and then reappear when someone is back online.

  5. I would like to preset the email address for a direct chat link

    I have authenticated users on my site and I am using embedded chat box with direct chat link.
    Would be good to see the user email address and possible name when the chat it initiated.

  7. In a cliente details add, custom fields or buttons!

    In the cliente details, where you can add the username/email, add custom fields like, subscription plan, date fields, etc etc ...
    And also a custom button, allow the agent to quick open a cliente area in a website with just a click example, href=exame.com?/user=username...

  8. Email transcript to visitor

    At the moment, the email transcript function is available but hidden. You have no idea how many visitors request that they be sent chat transcripts. Please check Siteground support chat - I think they do it right. When the visitor closes the chat window, transcript email option is shown, with prefilled (but editable) email address if it was collected via prechat form. Similarly, Tawk should also show a transcript email page when the visitor clicks X to close/minimize the window. Whether the chat has finished or not at that point is an academic debate.

  9. New Chat Window Design

    Wondering if you have plans to update your design for the chat widgets? It looks plain, kind of outdated compared to others like Intercom, Drift, Olark, Zendesk, Influx.

    The end-user chat window looks outdated. Others' chat systems look sleek, clean, nice user interface and customizable. Also, even the chat widget icons are pretty hideous.

    Look, no borders, no headers on the expanded window? This makes no sense and just ugly. Poor font style, cramped line height.

  15. Provide (optional) send button in chat widget

    Hard to believe but a lot of people don't understand that they have to press enter after typing a message. For those oldies an obvious "send message" button would be a good addition, so that chats don't die before they started... possibly optional.
