    Hope you are doing good.
    Recently, I posted here that I want to integrate twak with my website https://www.processfusion.com/en/platforms/pf360-mobile/. A support member told me the method of integration procedure and now I am unable to find that method. Is someone here, who can share the integration method with me again. Thanks

    #1 - Copy and paste the tawk.to widget code into your site's HTML section before the closing of the </body tag>

    The Pre-Chat Form is an optional way to gather more information from visitors before inviting them to enter the chat. You can request to submit their name, email, phone number, and other information you relating to their inquiry.

    Just be aware that enabling a Pre-Chat Form is likely to decrease the number of chats you receive.

    Follow these steps to set-up Pre-chat form and how to exlude email in the form:

    1. Select the property you would want to customize.
    2. Select administration. Select :gear: icon in the lower-left corner sidebar.
    3. Select CHAT WIDGET in the sidebar.
    4. In the WIDGET CONTENT section, select "EDIT CONTENT"
    5. Select the Pre-Chat Form radio button, then click the “Switch” from off to on.

    It sounds as though you have enabled the pop-out feature.

    This how the widget behaves on a mobile device:

    1. If the chat widget is configured as a POPOUT, the widget will open in a separate tab purely for chat.

    Visitors will have to come back to the main tab if they wish to navigate your website.

    2. If the widget is configured to MAXIMIZE, the chat widget will open within the current tab and the widget will follow the visitor as they navigate your website.

    It will notify the visitor if there is an unread message in the same way it would for a text message on a mobile phone — a little red 1 or 2 appears on the widget.

    To configure the widget’s behavior, do the following:

    1. Click the ⚙️Administration Tab ➞ Channels ➞…

    Allow for the knowledge base to be linked to platform contact forms (Wordpress, Shopify et) so that when a user starts entering the contact form subject they would get suggestions appear for the answer from the knowledgebase. This greatly would help self support and would be a unique key selling point for tawk.

    Similarly, the contact forms embedded into the websites could have links to tawk chat to be more seamlessly integrated with the websites rather than just a chat widget.

  5. Fleeq Integration

    Fleeq.io is great to do tutorials for the KB but there's no way to link/embed it (directly).
    Also, you might want to reach out to Fleeq in order to add tawk.to the their integrations as well.

    The possibility of being able to add a personalized video source through Iframe or HTML in the Knowledge Base.

    In order to be able to add our own player added from Our CDN. Or from another source.

  7. improve the whmcs integration explanation

    Hello, first of all I appreciate the work you do. keep in that way. In the help center there is an article where it helps to integrate the chat in whmcs, and although I try both ways, the chat is never integrated to my site, I think the explanation should be more specific, that is, it is not that it is not What happens is that it should cover cases where the chat just doesn't appear.

  8. Improve columns width and overflow in Monitoring tab of Dashboard (solution provided)

    The main columns in Monitoring tab (Name/ID, IP, Page, Referrer) are not well optimized. They waste too many space (white area) and the 2 first (Name/ID, IP) have the text overflow hidden at right while the most important information on them is exactly what is at the end (the last digits of ID and IP).

    The widget display is on mobile (+ tablet) and desktop.
    If I wanted to put the widget only on the desktop and only on the tablet (excluding mobile), this is not possible.
    It is a great inconvenience!

    The widget visiblity settings allow you to hide the widget on load in mobile. This makes the chat invisible when a visitor navigates to your site using a mobile device. The chat widget won’t pop up and visitors will not be able to view or use it. However, you can still track the visitors on your site.

    You can also set different positions for your widget on desktop and mobile devices.

    The Widget Appearance panel gives you an option to set your tablet in ‘Desktop’ or ‘Mobile Website’ view.

    Whatever position you selected on your widget settings will reflect on the type of view you selected on your tablet.

  17. Add a feature to import from intercom

    I want to switch from intercom but I'm dissuaded because I don't want to lose track of old conversations & user context.

    You could even just have a single standardized import format and then your customers could write scripts to convert various other company's export formats into your import format, and share those scripts with each other!

  19. Limit Tickets to Users

    Users are in the habit of opening several tickets for the same subject.

    I would greatly appreciate if a resource were available to limit this feat.

    Unfortunately, instead of most answering the Open Ticket, they create more and more, damaging the entire service.

    The correct thing would be, after opening a Ticket for Such Customer, he can only respond to this ticket until it is closed.

    From now on, grateful for the attention.

    At this stage, there is no limit to the number of offline messages and tickets a visitor may submit from the Knowledge Base.

    I would suggest checking a visitor’s ticket history with a search by email address to see if tickets have been created before.

  20. More info on existent Webhook Ticket Event

    At current event 'ticket:create' can you add all details of the ticket? For example, I miss:
    - attachments
    - tags
    - priority
    - assignee agent

    I want to implement your tool with paid addons on our company, but integration is a main feature that our CEO request.
