Hyperlink available in Pre Chat Form
In the pre chat form, if you post a telephone number there, it will become a hyperlink. It would be beneficial to be able to add custom hyperlinks in the pre chat form. IE: "Click here to access xxxxxxxx" , upon clicking on that link, would re-direct users to a custom webpage.

Per Page/Site: Show/hide toggle for for Messages Inbox
In the "new" messaging environment there is a ticketing system, which is great!! btw.
But we have 3 pages and 2 sites. We only want to show the "sites" in the messaging environment and not the pages.. it makes the app look 'messy'

Remove navigation history for chat transcript email for customers
Sometimes we need to email the chat transcript to visitors for their own reference. While for emailing chat internally within company, it is okay to have navigation history(User navigated to page X), for sending out emails to the customer this history in the chat is not appropriate.
Would be great if there was a drop down, where we could select if the email was meant for internal communication or external customer. In latter scenario, the chat transcript sent would not have the navigation history, but only the messages.

Trigger welcomes customer come back with their name
"Welcome XXX come back, may i help you ?"
This is my suggestion that Trigger could recognize customer's name and say hello with them. Then, they can surprise, feel comfortable, happy and appreciate us.

Add a checkbox, that will show when users like / dislike the conversation ONLY if its checked. because some people spam those buttons

I would love the ability to remove the Share to Facebook and Twitter buttons on created pages
Having the ability to remove the share buttons on pages would limit the chance of accidentally sharing a page that is supposed to be for internal business use only!

Add option to delete a file is sent to the customer via chat.
Wish: Add option to delete a file is sent to the customer via chat. For example, I accidentally sent the wrong file and do not want the client to download it from the link. Now there is no way to do that is not very convenient.

Vertical align middle center pre chat form text
For some reason, the "pre chat" form doesn't allow blank lines. Naturally, the first line looks crowded with the input fields. Email for example if clustered. Just visit: http://imgur.com/oNAG0Rx
The "when online" content editor allows me to add blank lines (the return key) to create the desired effect.

Open chat through button with predeffined message
Imagine that you have call to action section on your website with button saying "I want to know more about XYZ". Visitor clicks this button and it opens chat and in the visitor's message would be predeffined text, something like "Hello, can you tell me more about XYZ?" so customer can only press enter and start conversation with us.

I run a local business and I would like to have a filter that allows me to chat with users on my website from my own area.
For businesses with several local branches in different places in the country, it would be good to have this geopraphic filter for each Team member.

I need to send short url for my customers. When they ask me about product i want to send them url like this "WEIDER PRO 255 L". I think necessary to make a button for paste url and send it. Like url paste in gmail.

Correct please spnish term "Someter"
In pre-chat form the spanish traslation for "Submit" in english is traslated as "Someter", but this word is ver wrong traslated, "someter" means to subjugate,the correc traslation for that button is: Ingresar or Enviar
