  2. Set default names for guest. Stop that V137632782389...

    I would kime to set default names for new guests. So if new people visit my site there wont be the name V278921879928... When i set as default name: "Newone" it will display: Newone1, Newone2, ...

  4. History - search with notes

    Now i can add note to chat but cant find chats with notes only. So notes is very unusable for my. Please row in history view (have notes)
    or better - give my possbile add some information like - important chat and possible to filter in history view.

  5. Would be good to set a bubble "%agentName: Hello, how can I help you"

    Would be good to set a bubble "%agentName: Hello, how can I help you" when agent is pressing join button without customer asking for chat. Now it's just title with nickname of agent and it's quite misunderstood.

  6. Disable Department Function

    Disable a Department allow me to disable all the agents of a department!

    My company has many agents, i could not disable them one by one. Please add the function to disable a department to disable all the agents in the department!

  7. Joomla Extension

    The current extension (component) implements the chat on all pages of a site. :-(

    Please provide in your component a way to choose the pages the chat should appear or not appear.

    Alternatively and maybe better, make the extension into a module so that we may use Joomla's provided ability to choose the pages the chat appears or does not appear.

  9. Web Browser Icon fix

    Under the "Monitoring" tab, user web browsers Microsoft Edge (For Windows 10) shows a google chrome icon, and internet explorer does not show the web browser at all; Only shows the OS. When we want to see what web browser users are navigating in, Firefox and chrome works fine.

  10. Redesign Notes Section

    Currently, to view the notes, you must click "Add Note" and the field shows up at a pop-up.

    Instead, I'd like if the notes section was visible & editable without having to click anything. This way with just a glance you can see the notes, without an extra click.

    It would also allow for the highlighting and dragging of chat text directly into the note section.

    Ex:
    Admin: What is your email?
    User: example@example.com

    Admin can then highlight and drag the email into the note section.

    I'd love to see Tawk.to create a group chat option that also includes a chat history and the same features seen in the 1 to 1 chat. I'd happily pay for this option.

  12. Email Address field and Browser control option.

    Hello, I request you to think about two features in order to make tawk.to chat widget more efficient.

    1. If visitors could initiate the chat without having to fill in their email, name etc and after initiating the chat, all the mandatory fields set by admin will popup inside the chat box and ask users to update them. It will allow users to start the chat without worrying about giving their information, and once they get into a conversation, they will like to stay updated by providing their email address. You can see this feature at intercom.io.

  13. Automaticaly disable sound when scheduler is set to offline.

    For example, if the scheduler is set to offline from 6pm, it would be great to have the option to disable sound notifications as well. At the moment, my chats are set offline after hours but my home computer keeps ringing when offline messages are received. This means I have to set the scheduler to go offline at 6pm, but I have to also manually disable sound after hours, or exit the program to avoid hearing sounds every time somebody posts an offline message... :)

    Hi, I have used your service, but most of our visitors are from Iran. because of this fact that all sanctions against Iran vanished. we would be thankful if you also unblock your services for Iranian visitors...

  15. Refresh Stats without switching tabs

    On the desktop app, your visitor stats up on the top right will only update if you switch to another tab. Such as monitoring then switch back to the dashboard tab.

    Can it be modified so that the stats live update without having so switch tabs. It can be a bit of a pain having to keep switching tabs to see how many visitors there have been.

  18. allow Agents to store their IP addresses as Knowns so they don't show up in reporting

    When checking the reports and activities, it would be helpful to sort out the Agents' activities.
