  3. I want to track my tutors, when they travel to student's homes and see where they at on the map geographically and if they are late or not.

    I have bunch of tutors who travel to student's homes. What would be cool if I can actually track them geographically? In another words, when they go to student's home, they clock in and clock out, and it would show me where each tutor is geographically on them at the time when they clocked in and the time when they clocked out.

    I want to see which one of my tutors were late and which ones were not, and whether or not they showed up in their location..

    This feature is great for any other companies as well not just…

  4. have the ability to not having the cursor put automatically in the chat box after a automatic system message (trigger)

    When we setup triggers, the chat pops up automatically (automatic system message). The problem is that the cursor of the user is not on the chat box, so if the user was typing into another field in the web page, it now writes in the chat box and sometime annoying to the end-user. Would be nice to have the ability to set the cursor NOT to automatically go into chat box after trigger.

    Please add a background-color color setting for the #tawkchat-chat-indicator so I can change it from the default #e52f48 which does not look good with an orange color scheme.

  7. Hide the chat button and tab untill scrolled down on website.

    This is to prevent the hero/header of the front page to be obstructed by the chat window (most of the times it has a picture or something and the chat window will not be nice to look at overlapping the picture). Only be visible after scrolling.

  9. New Messages are directly opened, propblem for spam classification

    When a new lessage is coming in, it will be directly opened in the entity, when I press the SPAM-Button, the application freezes and has to be closed hardly. So I always have to go back to the overview and leave the new message before i can classify the message as SPAM.

  10. Historical logs

    It would be extremely beneficial to see which visitors where on the site and when. The more analytics that can be recorded and saved, the more useful this chat membership will be. I get very few chat requests and am considering cancelling. If that feature were added, I would keep for the analytics. Yes, I do know that google analytics can help look at activity...but would be great to simply have in one place.

  12. Give more options for mobile messages waiting for visitors

    The message pops up in desktop but the mobile only has bubble and red dot of new message. There needs to be a better alert for visitors to read the message waiting.

  13. Make chat more persinalized

    Please make the feature when the trigger opens chat so it opened with specific agent with photo. This will cause more confidence for visitors and encourage increasingly to turn on the chat.

  14. Customer question does not show up when using Ticket feature

    First let me say you guys are doing an awesome job. You have tons of great features and an awesome price. Thank you!!

    Most of our customer support is chats started in “offline” mode that we then have to convert to a ticket to reply to. However, the customer’s question does not populate once we hit the “reply” (or in this case “Create Ticket” which opens up the reply window.

    Its extremely difficult to reply to questions you can’t see. The memory only captures so much, and often there are multiple questions.

  15. More Triggers for Tutorials

    hello, the tool is very good, i already use it on several sites, thanks for creating something easy, cheap and excellent to work with. You're great.

    I am using chat to create small instructions on my network of websites, and 20 triggers is too little for me.

    I would like to have more triggers, even if it has a value for that.

    Is it possible to make more triggers available?

    It would be very good for professionals who work with chat.

    Or create a plan that makes more triggers available.

    When a customer visits I set the name and email but the data is written & sent as plain text in the page. Would be good if I could hash this and any custom data I send server-side and send it like I do to enable secure mode.

  18. Tiggers: device type

    I would like to trigger auto msgs on desktop devices only.
    Since on mobile the chat app covers the entire screen, I really don't want to interrupt visitors with a chat covering the content.

    A work around is to create 3 separated triggers (because of the AND condition):
    Visitor platform Equals Windows
    Visitor platform Equals Mac
    Visitor platform Equals Linux

  20. Different notification sounds for 2 different departments

    Would it be possible to set up settings so you can set different sound for different departments? I saw some ideas and suggestions in 2016 so I am wondering have you abandoned this idea as it is vital for our business?
