  4. Able to open a new window when looking at chat history.

    I have to browse through each chat daily to follow up with sale leads. It's extremely difficult right now to do this because I'm unable to open a new window. The only way to check chat history is to open each chat one by one within the same window so it's very easy to lose track when you have to go through 20+.

  6. reduce the line breaks in the ticket system

    when i post a message with one the line break, i see 3-4 line breaks, it is very frustrating for the reader and the sender

    i have even tried to create mymessage in a simple notepad with only one linebreak but when i paste it in your message box, it creates again multiple line breaks...

    also,
    the message window is not expandable by dragging the bottom right corner of the window and we cant really see the whole or at least most of the message we are typing

    other than this, your system is super awesome

  8. Different slot times in the day

    Hi,
    Is it possible for you to launch a feature for the scheduler? For instance, we have 3 different departments, is it possible to have the admin deprtment online on a specific slot for instance from 8am to 5pm whereas the finance department would be openened from 9 am to 11am.

    I really hope you will be able to create this feature soon as it would make our lives easier!

  9. Trigger conditions: AND with OR

    A trigger should fire in conditions where we can AND / OR mutliple conditions.

    Currently the scenario is that it applies on all the actions, what we want is something like this below:

    [ [ cond1 OR cond2 OR cond3] AND cond4 ]

    This will help in really using the triggers ore effectively.

  10. City and Country stored in Monitoring

    Customer's IP, city and country is shown, but when they leave the website, their city and country is lost and not store in the Monitoring area. it would be nice to have because I can get an idea which city or country visit my website the most for me to target them in ads, etc.

    Report that shows agent status history. For example:
    Available TAWK Hours = 40
    Josh Online 32 Hours Away 8 Hours
    I would use this to make sure agents are participating in using TAWK.

    Hi!
    Thank you for request.

    Visitors IP is a sensitive personal data, so they won’t be included into reports.

    In future we plan to create advanced chats export. Also you will be able filter not by IP, but by visitors ID which we give to visitor and until we can recognize him the same ID will be put.

    for example i have two department one is for sales and another is for support. when user click on support radio button and team is not available to answer then a message will show and same as it for sales

  18. Tags are randomly visible / hidden in monitoring screen

    The same customer once has tags and in couple in hours when he is back he does not have any.

    Our code for adding tags is consistent and adds the same tags to the same user always.
