  1. Turn "On" The Trigger Sound By Default On Website.

    Hey!

    Currently, the trigger sound is turned "off" by default.

    And most times visitors miss the alert if they are not on the webpage, or are browsing else where.

    It would be great if the trigger sound is turned "ON" by default, so visitor's attention is drawn back to the webpage. (Sound works fine on the mobile) .

    Just a suggestion. Great product and service nevertheless!

  3. scroll to end of conversation on each new url

    I just signed up. But having used the feature once, asking your agents a question. I noticed that when I navigate your website, although the chat widget reloads and maintains the conversation on each page, it does not automatically scroll the conversation to the bottom. So the user would have to manually scroll the conversation on each new page url.

    I think you should automatically scroll the conversation down to the end whenever a new page loads for the user.

    When widget is on center right position, I think is easier to read text when is horizontal, not vertical.

  6. when creating an agent, select department they will be in.

    When creating an new agent, there should be a way to add them to a department.

    Currently when creating a new agent, one then has to separately go into manage departments and manually add that agent to the department.

  7. Create a feature that will allow linking to a tawk shortcut. This will make responding to user questions much faster.

    For instance, if someone ask a question I could fire back with an answer using a short and that answer would contain a clickable link containing specific additional information.

  8. Advanced trigger with "time on site"+"time on page" condition is not working

    What I need is: for new visitors who does not open chat yet and stay on
    site >1min and stay on page >10sec and URL is not mysite.com/basket — fire
    up the chat.

    This is my trigger setup https://tawk.link/521727297ca1334016000005/t/190e01e0-70b5-11e8-b1f7-0f0d62742637/19cb1050-70b5-11e8-b1f7-0f0d62742637/0101.PNG , but it does not work.
    If I remove condition #5 then it works fine, BUT! chat window fires up
    immediately after page load and this is not what I need.

  15. I want to track my tutors, when they travel to student's homes and see where they at on the map geographically and if they are late or not.

    I have bunch of tutors who travel to student's homes. What would be cool if I can actually track them geographically? In another words, when they go to student's home, they clock in and clock out, and it would show me where each tutor is geographically on them at the time when they clocked in and the time when they clocked out.

    I want to see which one of my tutors were late and which ones were not, and whether or not they showed up in their location..

    This feature is great for any other companies as well not just…

  16. have the ability to not having the cursor put automatically in the chat box after a automatic system message (trigger)

    When we setup triggers, the chat pops up automatically (automatic system message). The problem is that the cursor of the user is not on the chat box, so if the user was typing into another field in the web page, it now writes in the chat box and sometime annoying to the end-user. Would be nice to have the ability to set the cursor NOT to automatically go into chat box after trigger.

  19. Hide the chat button and tab untill scrolled down on website.

    This is to prevent the hero/header of the front page to be obstructed by the chat window (most of the times it has a picture or something and the chat window will not be nice to look at overlapping the picture). Only be visible after scrolling.
